You don't need to catch the whole move to make money with options. You don't need to be in the trade all day.
The goal isn’t to catch the entire move it’s to consistently take your piece of it.

0DTE only in the first two hours.
3DTE in the last three.
The holds stay short either way.
The contract changes.
The rule doesn’t: wait for the level, trade the reversal, take the $0.30–$0.60 move, then be done.
