Almost certainly mostly engineer (but "sometimes" try to make something look "good"). Usually though its lots of flat foundations with circuit board layouts on top.

Many years ago, my wife and I quit our game dev jobs to work on our own dream project.
Much of what we love about games is starting to fade away, so we wanted to capture the forgotten magic of the PS2 and GameCube era, reimagined in a modern way:

i am so use to other more positive social media spaces having proper content warning systems now that this place feels practically archaic
Everytime i visit this site its seconds of reading any replies on posts until i encounter BillyBunchOfNumbers the bot army, terrible posts from blue-check marks, and porn spam. What a quality social media site.
Saw this today somehow and tbh of all clips i have, this is the one that made me want to stream the most again lol

@Squibbons scrolling quickly through YouTube video thumbnails on the TV
I go "huh, that one guy looked kinda like Tony Hawk"
We scroll back
It was Tony Hawk, on The Hot Ones
Brief pause
We both break down laughing

It's so wonderful to go back and forth between planning and designing together, parting to build new factories/set up new mining operations, make a new blueprint the other person can use, discovering that your partner just created a whole industry for making that part you need 🥰

Been playing Satisfactory co-op with @Squibbons for a few days now, and it is so much fun!
We've gone from manual mining and craft benches to having a big, widespread factory complex, a huge powerplant + energy grid, logistics routes, and a transportation network
