After reading the lawsuit and then watching the actual video in question, Pisco gives his opinion on the lawsuit.

Yeah further to this, Scott’s conduct is egregious imho. Question will be on proving actual malice, but plenty here in my mind to survive MTD or anti-slapp (which I think may not even be available in diversity cases in DC).

The first thing to note is how that could be seen differently as a statement of fact versus a statement of opinion.
If someone gave the opinion that you think Hasan is a racist or something, that in my opinion is non-actionable.
"Hasan Piker is out there calling for black voters to be lynched"— One wonders what context would put this in the realm of opinion as opposed to a statement of fact.
