This video from @AtelierMissor_ reminds me of one of the biggest frustrations of my childhood.
Around 12 or 13, I desperately wanted to work. I lived in Luxembourg, right at the heart of the European institutions: a city full of strict rules meant to "protect" everyone.
The law banned any kid under 15 from working, period. No shop job, no delivering newspapers like kids did elsewhere, and nobody would pay a kid in cash anymore. Everything was set up so kids would only go to school. I also didn't have much access to a computer, so building something online never crossed my mind.
That left me with a question I still have: why make it so hard for kids to start a small business, own digital money, or have a side job? Many kids are better at math than adults burned out by corporate life, and more creative because they haven't built up limiting beliefs about the world yet.
Why waste that talent?
I'm not saying we go back to the 1800s and send kids down the mines. I'm Argentinian and grew up in France, two countries shaped by:
Sarmiento, who pushed universal public education in Argentina and as a result drove to its prosperity in the early 1900s, and Jules Ferry, who made school mandatory in France in 1882 and turned kids who would have worked in coal mines into future scientists.
Protecting kids was one of the best things we ever did for humanity.
But I think we went too far. We overprotected, like we always do when we leave our destiny in the hands of bureaucrats. Letting kids own digital money and run a lemonade stand again (a digital one prob today) would unlock huge value that's hard to measure, because it compounds: more people who don't miss their shot at becoming builders, and more businesses that would otherwise never exist.
That's why I'm excited about @whop, which dares to put this back on the table and shows that kids building businesses has far more upside than downside.
That's why I'm excited about @RipioApp, which dares to bring the Argentine peso back as a stablecoin anyone can own, like cash used to be, but with the convenience of digital.
One day we'll have prosperous nations again, led by people who started building very young.
It's time to retire long-lived static credentials.
We surveyed 1,000+ SaaS vendors and found only 8.4% support secure auth. This is our call to action and how we're doing our part.

There’s a world of difference between user-authorized agents (Muse, Instinct, Grokbot, etc.) and true unauthorized/rogue agents that could constitute cyberattacks.
Most of the activity described in the Axios story appears to be the former: customers sharing credentials with agents so they can take actions on their behalf. This may violate bank terms requiring humans to log in themselves, but these are in no way cyberattacks.
The direction banks should go is to support user-directed agents. For example, Amex is an authorized connection in Muse, making it easy for users to grant, limit, and revoke access.
Read-only permission levels are a sensible interim step. Several banks already support or are moving toward them. Full write access (with user credentials) is a different risk category and should be approached carefully.
Frightening the public by blurring the line between user-authorized agentic behavior and cyberattacks is irresponsible.
SCOOP: Major U.S. banks are detecting unauthorized third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, including some attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions, sources told Axios.
The findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond, multiple industry and bank executives told Axios.
Several banks are now preparing for worst-case and even “day after” scenarios, including how to rapidly secure or restore customer accounts if things go wrong, the people said.
Several bank executives told Axios they're struggling to distinguish between human users and AI agents. One executive said banks also struggle to determine whether agents are authorized by customers or potentially operating without their permission, more akin to rogue agent behavior.

CVE-2026-110264 could allow unauthenticated remote code execution on self-managed servers.

Vercel CEO Guillermo Rauch (@rauchg) says the old work week is officially dead:
“You would think, ‘AI has arrived, & we're all working 2 hours a week.’”
“The opposite is happening. I get text messages at midnight from the CEOs and CTOs of these companies.”
“It’s more like 7/7/7: 7 days a week from 7 AM to 7 PM.”
No puedo esperar para ver los proyectos! 🔥

Usa los 3 tracks: Stable Agents LatAm (Ripio), Textile FX y Build with buy.
Identidad ERC-8004 y todo en Celo mainnet.
