I couldn’t be more proud of these two boys- not just for their hard work over the last few months, but how well they’ve carried themselves this week at #BTYSTE sharing their project with @RTEjr , local politicians and anyone else that stopped by their stand #calledtobeourbestself

Some familiar faces trying out the lie detector today. Thanks to all the TYs for coming to the @BTYSTE at @TheRDS to support the boys! #SeasaimidLeChéile @lecheiletrust1
Day 2 at #BTYSTE done and dusted. Loads of interest in the lie detector today, even a few suggestions that we implement it in the Dáil 👀 The boys are looking forward to showing off their project to classmates tomorrow #WeAreAllTeachersAllLearnersAlways

A busy day was had by our 6th year students today at The Higher Options exhibition and the World skills event. Great to see so many of them planning their futures @CollegeAware @lecheiless
Move over Einstein, the Draw a Scientist Test has a new influence #breakingbad
Barry has had a terrible start to the year. My first aid training doesn’t cover complete detachment of a limb
A wholesome game of Hide and Seek to finish up our 6th Year Awards and celebrate the end of their last full week of lessons. Quick count to 300 should give hiders enough time

Meet the first member of our #Artemis II Moon crew: mission specialist @Astro_Christina!
Christina Koch visited the @Space_Station in 2019, where she took part in the first all-woman spacewalk. She began her career as an electrical engineer at @NASAGoddard.

ALT NASA astronaut Christina Hammock Koch poses for a portrait in her orange Artemis flight suit. The suit has blue trim around the neck and shoulders, with three patches: one with the U.S. flag on her left shoulder, one with her name and a pair of wings on her chest, and one with the NASA “meatball” insignia faintly visible beneath the second. The background is dark, and the photo is lit to focus on Koch’s face, which is facing the camera with a dignified expression. Credit: NASA
Cell Explorers (and Muriel) played a huge part in me becoming a teacher. It was where I first discovered science was way more fun when it’s shared with kids! Thank you 🍌🧬
Science teacher and #cellexplorers alumna Shauna visited us workshop today. Shauna did her final year biotechnology research project on a inquiry-based classroom session on Europa & still love #FantasticDNA. We love happy reunion and to get news from past team members! #ISTA2023
Great talks today from @DuncanStewart4 , @laoneill111 and Evelyn Cusack (I’m always happy for dinosaurs to get a shout out 🦕). Also enjoyed a micro:bit workshop much more than I thought I would thanks to @istone_irene! Big thanks @IrishSciTeach for a great day out #ISTA2023

My 1st Years have big plans this Easter. Let’s hope Le Chéile Airlines won’t be affected by any drone activity at @DublinAirport
