Congratulations to Donna Strickland - only the 3rd woman to ever receive the #NobelPrize in #Physics
“We need to celebrate women physicists because they’re out there… I’m honoured to be one of those women," says Donna Strickland.
She becomes the third woman to receive the #NobelPrize in Physics, joining Maria Goeppert-Mayer (1963) and Marie Curie (1903). Congratulations!

Brilliant seminar from @ADHagstrom today about #exercise and #weightloss. The take home messages: eat before or eat after, it doesn't really matter, try and include some resistance training and some cardio training, but any exercise is better than none for improving #health!
