MEXC just sent me a $300 “bonus” as “apology”.
After they liquidated my family’s entire life savings — $81,936 — during the October 10 crash at impossible prices.
They’re laughing in my face.
Here’s why they are wrong on every single point:
Liquidated at $0.0708–$0.0726 while global low on CoinGecko was $0.0828
Wick lasted 3–5 seconds. No one could buy at those prices. Only buyer = MEXC itself.
Refused to provide Level 2 order book — if buckets were empty, the only counterparty was the exchange.
Violated own ToS — promised “protection from anomalous fluctuations” and “world-leading liquidity”. Delivered zero.
GDPR breach — sent me other users’ private tickets (Bastien + Kiron). Article 5 violation.
Insurance Fund fraud — address inactive, no TXID for October 2025.
Discrimination — small claims refunded, large claims denied.
Data falsification — first order history showed one price → then removed → CSV showed another.
Impossible demands — “record a video of you not being able to log in during the crash”.
Couldn’t add margin — site died during the biggest crash in history. Their answer: “everything was normal”.
Only top-10 exchange with 0 % refunds — 9 others (Binance, dYdX, Bybit, OKX, Kraken, KuCoin, Gate io, Bitunix) paid

I requested the raw API connection logs, backend server timestamps, and Level 2 order book data for the 4-minute period on Oct 10, 2025, when their exchange froze and locked me out of my positions.

❌ "Internal server logs are confidential."
❌ They refuse to prove their matching engine actually worked.
❌ They refuse to explain why 4 identical family accounts liquidated with a massive 4-minute delay.
This is a joke. Let’s look at their hypocrisy:
They claim my connection logs are a "security risk," yet this is the exact same support team that illegally leaked an unredacted French citizen’s EU passport (a severe GDPR violation) to my account. Their agent, Gemma, officially apologized for that leak in writing, yet now management acts like it never happened!
The incompetence is endless:
🗑 They stealth-deleted my executed orders from my account history.
🤡 When I sent them screenshots of their app freezing, they accused ME of using Photoshop!

❌ DELETED EVIDENCE: I sent them a screenshot of my order. They immediately deleted that exact order from my account history on their backend, and then had the audacity to accuse ME of using Photoshop to fake the screenshot!
❌ FORGED LOGS: They manually altered my financial CSV logs, pasting a funding fee into the "Trading Fee" column to hide the fact that their servers crashed.
❌ GDPR CRIME: Their agent (Kiron) illegally leaked an unredacted EU passport of a French citizen to my account. They initially acknowledged it, but now management is forcing them to cover it up!
Since their support bots completely malfunction when you ask more than one question, I changed my tactic.
I asked them ONE single question: "Why did your agent leak an EU citizen's passport to me?"
I explicitly told them I would not move to Question #2 until they answered this.
