We fight for freedom and die for freedom. Words are important. Words from the United States – the biggest supporter of freedom – are important. Support is important. If the words against Putin and his aggression are strong, if a support package for Ukraine is strong, Putin will think twice, three times, ten times about whether he wants to attack or maybe this war has been enough for him.
I always tried to make this point to the American President, with all due gratitude to him and his team: Putin respects only a strong position. Even from the enemy, but a strong position. We cannot end this war saying good things about him. We see it – the war is in its fifth year now.

We had a long conversation with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez @sanchezcastejon about the situation with Russian attacks. Every day, Russia kills our people, and Ukrainians know just how painful every loss of life is. Last month, a terrible tragedy on the railway in Toledo, Spain, claimed dozens of lives. I expressed our condolences to the Prime Minister and everyone who lost their family members and loved ones.
Throughout all the years of this war, Spain has consistently helped and supported us. And there is a new €437 million military assistance package from Spain. Thank you! We discussed its content and our most pressing defense needs.
I briefed him on Russian strikes on our critical infrastructure – energy, logistics, and railways. This year, Russia has damaged more of our locomotives than in all the previous years of this war combined. Our power grid and water supply are under constant attack. The situation is difficult, especially in Kyiv, and every step of humanitarian support is also very important. I thank Spain and Pedro personally for their support.

Funny how we’re not hearing about all those thousands of undocumented immigrants supposedly voting in this blue wave election.
Where did they all go?
Could it be that the whole thing was just made up from the beginning? 🤔

Ini salah satu alasan kenapa perang modern makin mengerikan. Bukan cuma karena daya ledak senjatanya, tapi karena manusia makin sulit bersembunyi. 😨

To have security, you need partners and allies who guarantee it together with you.
And when it comes to new technologies like Starlink and similar systems. Different countries are now building their own versions of Starlink. And Germany is building its own system too. That is the right thing to do. Because the key question is who controls the on and off buttons.
But what do we do about those who are building the ability to destroy such systems? Nobody can handle that alone. Security really is a shared European interest.

We have intel that Russia is preparing a new massive attack on our country – primarily targeting energy and logistics. The assumption is basically that tomorrow the world will be watching the American midterms, and what is happening here in Ukraine, along with our difficulties with air defense and Patriot missiles, will be overlooked.
We need signals from the world to Russia that will make them feel that terror is no good, that it will bring no gains, and that as long as this war continues, their oil will burn, and they will not be able to make money doing business with the world. We must not play games with Russia’s oil or gas revenues. We must put pressure on Russia in such a way that it has no alternative but to end this war. America can do this.

💔 Ukraine has lost another young defender. Diana Horun, a 23-year-old combat medic from the Lviv region, was killed in the Donetsk region after being struck by an enemy drone.
Diana Horun was born in 2003 in the settlement of Hnizdychiv, in the Lviv region.
She served under a military contract, holding the position of senior combat medic for a strike drone company.
Despite her young age, she chose a difficult and demanding path: saving the lives of Ukrainian soldiers.
Diana assisted her fellow soldiers until the very end, fulfilling her duty to the last.
Her life was cut short when a Russian drone struck in the Donetsk region.
Our deepest condolences go out to her family, loved ones, friends, and fellow soldiers.
