Every action Stacy takes on a KO writes a receipt — a hash-chained, tamper-evident log entry. A cryptographic paper trail: prove exactly what happened to every object, and receipts verify catches anyone touching the log.
Connected GitHub, pulled 2 objects, normalized them into KOs — each carrying the full chain: create, sign, ingest, normalize.
42 receipts, all verified. create + sign always pair up (make a KO, instantly Ed25519-sign it).
Provenance isn't bolted on later. It's there from the first byte — all local, nothing leaves the install.

Most companies in AI are trying to turn SaaS products into agent platforms.
I think the architecture itself is wrong.
Execution, memory, identity, and coordination all live in different trust domains.
Nothing composes cleanly.
Nothing stays synchronous.
So the industry keeps adding protocols, wrappers, and orchestration layers on top of fragmentation.
StacyOS takes the opposite approach:
Start with the OS layer.
Make sovereignty, coordination, and shared state native primitives.
Because you don’t refactor a SaaS into an OS.
