Which way western man?

I’m confused. I thought everyone was tired of millennial greyed out soulless house flipper LVP and wanted people to take chances with bold architecture again
Honestly I just enjoy watching people who are big city superiority evangelicals argue endlessly about the million nuanced issues they have with other people in their city while i take my dog for hours long off leash walks in the woods behind my house.
It’s true i don’t have 6 different types of pizza places and 12 bodegas within a 15 minute walk of my house though. I’m surely missing out
I genuinely do think there are a lot of basically good people who have never really thought about the ways in which they are behaving badly as dog owners, because nobody ever really calls them out for it.
If your dog is ever off leash, you are being antisocial and behaving badly. If your dog ever jumps on somebody who didn’t specifically ask for that to happen, then you are behaving antisocially (even if the dog is just being “friendly”). If you have an invisible fence in your yard, but your dog comes running right up to the line at full speed only to stop at the last minute and bark at everybody who walks by, then you are behaving antisocially. Honestly, even behind a fence, this is an aggressive and annoying imposition on anybody walking by.
If somebody has ever respond with fear or annoyance at something your dog has done and you’ve reflexively protested, “oh don’t worry, he won’t hurt you” or “he’s friendly” then that’s antisocial behavior. (You should just simply say, “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have done that, I won’t let it happen again” and then you should work to actually make it not happen again. Telling people not to worry, that you think your dog is just peachy, is bad behavior.)
This is all bad behavior. It’s all antisocial. And I have these experiences with dogs and their owners routinely. This is all extremely common stuff.
Cool. The left is now at the “theft hasn’t been punished since the middle ages” stage of smelling their own farts
Don’t do this.
Not the buying a Subaru part. The asking for help on Twitter and when the handful of generous responders try to help diagnose with the limited crumbs of probably irrelevant information you’ve provided you curtly tell them they’re wrong. Dickish.
But also don’t buy a Subaru
Question for Mechanic types. Bought a used 2021 Subaru. 75K miles. Brand new battery. When starting cold, starts right up. When I drive the car an hour, stop for gas and start it, it starts right up. But if I drive the car around town for errands, when the car is warm, it sometimes cranks a while before it starts. What could it be? Fine when starting cold and hot. Trouble if car is just warm.
It makes a lot more sense in the context that it was a Mars rover demonstration
Normies don't seem to understand that Elon's "flying" car runs out of compressed nitrogen in about 5 seconds and takes 6 hours to recharge.
They also don't know that everyone at the physical demo was given ear protection even though they were 100+ meters away.
Elon has not in fact made a flying car, it is just one in a long succession of failures on this theme.
Oh, and you can't actually buy the flying roadster. It is literally not for sale.
I love responses like this on X. “That’s not one of ours!”
It’s a good reminder that even communists understand that the outcome of communism is actually bad
“One day you and everyone you love are going to die, so in the long run nothing really matters”
Exceptional analysis, Conor.
Replying to @ArtemisConsort
You misunderstand my argument. It is partly that everyone has the experience of the place that they grew up changing as they age and partly that you are reacting to the understandable sadness of that feeling (which is rooted in the deeper understanding that all life is fleeting) by blaming immigrants for it, and that you'd probably be happier if you instead tested your assumptions about how different they are.
Lindsey Buckingham: It was tumultuous. There were days when I didn't want to help Stevie with her songs, it was bittersweet
Stevie Nicks: It's very vulnerable to turn your creation over to someone else. Lindsey has a way of helping my songs flourish, even if we didn't want to be in the same room
Mick Fleetwood:
What happens if you ask the super intelligent computer what we should do to prevent the super intelligent computer from killing humans? Does anyone know?
You may think your job is hard, but have you ever tried to explain what you mean by half caff to a 16 year old barista at Dunkin?
