1. Please note that the rewards displayed on the airdrop checker page represent only the one-time portion (approximately 6.25% of the total). You’ll see this reward as long as you hold a Mining Rigs NFT. We’ll improve the page display to show the full information — thank you all for your feedback!
2. To mine the remaining rewards, click the Stake button to start mining. The specific mining mechanism was explained when the Buzz I campaign launched, and we will follow the originally announced rules.
Explanation of the Testnet Odyssey Lottery Rules
1. The Odyssey campaign took place on the testnet, with millions of addresses participating. Since the entry barrier was nearly zero, to ensure that rewards go to genuine users, we performed a sybil screening process.
2. Even after sybil filtering, the number of eligible addresses remained massive—around 900,000. Airdropping to every single address would result in rewards too small to even cover gas fees for most recipients. To address this, we implemented a lottery mechanism.
3. To ensure transparency and decentralization, the lottery was conducted via an on-chain smart contract, rather than a centralized drawing process.
4. As the campaign was on the testnet, many users didn’t have mainnet gas. To prevent users from incurring additional costs, we adopted a relayer system to submit transactions on their behalf.
5. Lottery transaction flow and contract logic:
5.1. After signing in on the airdrop platform, users receive a userId and are informed of their eligible number of lottery tickets.
5.2. When a user initiates a lottery draw, a relayer submits an on-chain transaction containing the userId and ticket amount. The user can verify submission details on the airdrop platform (see image_1).
5.3. The smart contract uses an on-chain random number to determine winners. Winning addresses are written to the contract state and an event is emitted, which notifies the airdrop platform to display the result to the user.
5.4. Users can verify transaction parameters on the blockchain explorer using the provided transaction hash (see image_2).
6. Before launch, the lottery contract was deployed and 1,000 relayer addresses were pre-funded with gas and granted the necessary execution role. For example, one of the relayers: 0x6c7e15fd138bddce0d2c2fb4886a38211547cf32, submits the lottery function call to the contract at 0x0a863f469763e4d77389faef7e5d9c74dbab131c on behalf of users.
