Kudos to Taco Bell. Duo Habanero is nicely balanced and would go well with a wide variety of foods.

It was nice to meet you there. Here's a picture from close to midnight Saturday of Junior Brown jamming with the Hawaiians. I also have other pictures, if you'd like, such as the 5-steel dance curated by Penrod.

An album that I haven't seen anyone mention is "Two Steppin' in the Moonlight" by The Merles, released a couple weeks ago. I have seen them play many times. Here's one of the eleven songs: youtu.be/QWBlpaEXCIw?is=SYit…

I listen to country and bluegrass stations on satellite radio pretty often. I enjoyed hearing this classic on the radio this morning:

Shelby Lee Lowe is releasing a new album, "Stories to Tell." He released a video for the title track: youtu.be/-IjPkdxR1q0?is=yNox…

I didn't know about that connection, but I attended WEC a few years. My brother and I were in the band. In 1984, the band made a vinyl record: youtu.be/ld3Ob95kAZY?is=1r7v…
