When you believe that your favorite grandma, young innocent baby who died to soon, your best friend, your loving parents, your lovable sis, bro are all in heaven but their souls are all in the (4D) in the Astral realm, on the Moon (which is an hollowed orb dragged here and tidal locked to our planet to serve as a holding torture pen for our loved ones who have died)in a holding pen as their souls are being drained by the dark masters, while being made to feel guilty for the things they left undone. How The Reincarnation Cycle Works:
Reincarnation is a process of Spiritual Distillation.
1) Separation (Death):
The 3D physical body is dropped. The 4D astral/ emotional body detaches.
2) Purification (The Astra Moon Phase):
The soul reviews it's past life in the Lunar Matrix, unrefined, heavy emotional attachments (lead) are burned away from the soul( light code inversion like what they did to the Earth Grid is implemented on the memory of the soul) or processed through server mental suffering (like in MCU "Miltiverse of Madness") Yes these souls experience extreme suffering and trauma at the hands of demonic forces, while in the astral realm.
3) Coagulation (Rebirth):
After these demonic forces clear or wipe the soul, sometimes leaving them with dark karmic weight or unfulfilled desires. They allow that soul according to their constructed timelines to leave the astral realm and be draw back down into 3D.
The Ascended Masters holding the geometric blueprint (6D)and sound Frequencies (7D harmonic sound) create a new Energetic Matrix (because these low vibrating Archons can't produce organic life, they can only destroy the carbon body and cause horrific pain to the captured soul until it is called back to rejoin the 3D matrix).
That pulls the soul back into a new 3D physical vessel (newborn baby).
This recycle loop repeats until the soul completely transmutes its 3D/4D Earthly Karma density trap, allowing it to finally bypass the Lunar (Moon) Funnel entirely and Ascend Permanently into 5D ( Heart/Unity Consciousness) and beyond.

Who Controls the Astral Realm and guides the souls?:
1) The Archons/Demiurge Forces:
Gnostic lore, the 4D astral realm is controlled by cosmic parasites or "Archons" who use the illusion of moonlight to keep souls trapped in an endless loop of reincarnation to harvest emotional energy.
2) The Lords of Karma/Guides:
In metaphysical frameworks, the 4D realm is governed by highly evolved spiritual entities.
Ascended Masters are also there to keep record so as to not let the fallen ones block divine assignments schedule to return to the 3D matrix to complete an assigned mission. And manage the cosmic ledger.
3) Psychopomps:
Upon death souls are greeted by Psychopomps (soul-guiders in the fake form of previous deceased loved ones and so- called spiritual guides).
These beings appearing in forms/ bodies familiar to you are comforting to the soul (that now finds itself stripped of its regular or familiar avatar body is in a state of shock).
So these fake beings come to help ease the shock of death and guides the soul through the astral currents towards the compelling moonlight and onward to the lunar processing station. They call the "Dark side of the Moon".

Fourth Dimension (4D) is the Astral Realm. It's a fluid-like dimension shaped entirely by emotion and thought.
When a physical body transition/dies, the soul's energetic vehicle (the astral body) enters the 4D layer, were the energetic vehicle is "imprisoned".
( MCU-Overlaps with Loki - it alluded to Loki rushing souls into the Astral Dimension, is heavily featured in the franchise;
You see the "Ancient One" kicking out Stephen Strange's and Bruce Banner's souls) .
Also in "Granblue Fantasy" a prominent character name Loki, who is explicitly classified as an "Astral" ( a powerful, otherworldly race/Archons tied to the Astral Realm). In the 4D Astral Realm, souls experience and relive unfulfilled desires, attachments and karmic contructs (experience regret, spiritual suffering of the worse kind).
The "Moon Station" and Mesmerizing Moonlight:
The Moon is the gatekeeper of generation and decay.
The mesmerizing moonlight is an electromagnetic net or a harmonic tractor beam.
Because the Astral Realm (4D realm) is highly responsive to magnetism, the tidal, magnetic pull of the Moon draws the fluid Astral bodies of the deceased towards its Energetic Sphere.
The Purpose:
The Moon Station is a cleaning and sorting matrix ( memories of the Energetic vehicle are washed clean).
The Moon Station is a cosmic recycling plant where the egoic personality is dissolved so the core spark of the soul can be prepared for its next cycle (without any memory of their previous life) like recycled plastic.

7. Seventh Dimension (7D):
This is the Galactic Highway of Sound/The Cosmic Web of Sound.
Because geometry (6D) vibrating at a high speed generates frequency, the 7D is pure vibration (the "Music of the Spheres" or Nada Brahma).
It's the cosmic communication network that moves light and information across galaxies.
The biblical description of angels constantly singing around the throne of God (found in passages like Isaiah 6:3 and Revelation 4:8) can be understood as a theological and poetic expression of these exact cosmic principles.
8. Eight Dimension (8D):
The Galactic Center/Great Central Sun, the source of organizing intelligence and the Divine Mind for our galaxy.
9. Ninth Dimension (9D):
Pure black hole Consciousness; the ultimate point of origin from which all timelines and physical Emanations Emerge (The Milky Way Center).
10. The Three Alternate Dimensions:
Dimensions 10,11 and 12 wrap around the vertical nine (9) as the Horizontal Weaver Dimensions. These 3 alternates are not spatial universes they are weaver dimensions (note there's a difference dimensions and universes). They represent the Cosmic All.

This is the dimension that one would call the core of the planet. Everything here works as the foundational pillars to ground Ki/Earth. Substances are "The Iron Core Crystals, of every type having their own assignments."
2. Second Dimension (2D):
This is the space/layer between the planet 's core and upper crust. This is called the "Telluric Realm". This space contains rocks, minerals,elemental forces, as well as bacteria and other microscopic organisms ( these can be seen when looking down from our 3D state into 2D state using a microscope). These organisms can invade our chemistry in the dense physical plane.
3. Third Dimension (3D):
This is where we currently are on the top soil. On the physical crust of the planet, it's here that plants, humans and animals interact in physical carbon bodies subjected to the rules of linear space, linear time, and duality.
4. Fourth Dimension (4D):
The Astral Realm (Collective Mind). It's the realm of feelings, archetypes, mythic entities, and the collective human mind.
