I’m gonna give 10 random people that repost this and follow me $25,000 for fun (the $250,000 my X video made)
I’ll pick the winners in 72 hours
Hey @Wise can you check the documents I provided? 🙏
It’s 1 week that you’ve had them and 1 week that our bank account is blocked.
I understand you must verify your clients, but I’d rather pay more commissions and have you move faster than not having a functioning account 😩
@Wise come on! It’s since the 10th that I sent the requested documents!
@wise it’s the 24th and my account is still locked. How do I pay my team?

1) “Get $20 if you invite a friend”

Guess which one works 86% better? 👇
I have so much respect for people who show up every day in a workplace where they don't feel valued and they still give their 100%.
Whether it's because you really need that job or the experience, or you fear change, know that nothing is in vain!
What makes you a good manager/mentor?
It's a question that often pops up.
So here are my 7 tips:
1- constantly think about how you'd like your manager/mentor to behave with you
2- own your mistakes
3- share your vision with your team
4- let people take pride in what they do
5- young team members might get lost on complex tasks, so explain how to break down complexity, and help them create a plan, let them do the job
6- your colleagues should feel confident enough to make mistakes (but understand and pay the consequences at least in part 😅)
How do you disconnect?
Most of the time, we talk about work tips, but today for Italians is one of the biggest holidays of the year (the biggest summer holiday).
If you were in Italy, you wouldn't even find a gelateria (ice cream shop) open (what a sad day...).
This album is literally driving me crazy 🎧

What can you learn from the skyscraper technique and the zero-click content?
Have you noticed how our relationship with technology changes constantly?
That's obvious, right?
With new tools come new challenges/opportunities.
Enter zero-click content (something I learned from the coolest @amandanat).

This is how we manage projects on @SlackHQ
🛠 = "working"
✅ = "completed"
💬 = "a discussion"
Each thread of course has a title.
Do you have a better way?😊
Are your customers using Microsoft Excel?
When talking to other founders, I noticed that their biggest competitor is often Microsoft Excel.
People would do anything in Excel:
- list tasks/todo
- handle appointments, team members, hirings, translations (in our case)
There are at least a dozen solutions one can use to do each of those tasks better.
Despite being often worried about "the competitors", what we should worry about is informing people that there is a better way than Excel.
