What an amazing day!! Bring on next year.
Thank you to everyone who has sponsored our 20 Kensal Rise-area local charity Tri teams. Can you help us reach £50,000 with a RT? All #forthegoodofthehood 🧡🙏 @bktimes @Qparkres @TheLexiCinema @CoLQueensPark @TulipSiddiq @QueensParkFolk @Brent_Council kensaltri.com/charities2023

We 🧡 @EllieSouthwood - the only blind Triathlete @BlenheimTri this weekend, completing her first Tri. Made possible by Tri Guide first-timer Sophie after weeks of challenging training which inspired our giant, 154-strong team. Both were/are amazing. 💪 🏊🚲🏃♀️#kensaltri

Giants of our giant Tri team @BlenheimTri. 💪So gargantuan we had to take TWO photos, 30 morning Relay teams + 64 afternoon Tri Sprinters! 🧡🧡 A Kensal Rise community of 20 charities stood together #forthegoodofthehood. Sponsor us at kensaltri.com/charities2023

Congras to one of our youngest team-members. Gus, 7, ran Gladstone Park Run (in sub-25 mins!) on Sat & went with @steepsoneshot for his first Regents Park laps today. Whether he's the next Wiggins or Brownlee we'll see. 😍 to @BagsofloveUk for the present to hold his lunch! 💪🧡

We're back! The future is now ORANGE & we've free/discounted local fitness ops to offer you. Reserve a place @BlenheimTri but decide/pay us later at bit.ly/kensaltri2023. Big thanks, as always, to Martin Sharrocks for amazing design #kensaltri #kensalrise
No broadband since July thanks to @virginmedia in north west London. Keep getting fobbed off and now won’t even answer my calls. #hadenough
