Had a few days to really sit down and think back to the last few months on the challenge and I’m going to try sum up my emotions. Genuinely the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. Although my body and mind was ready to go home after all the running, I will miss it in a very strange way. The sense of having that purpose to get to the finish line, the peace of the scenery and most of all the people I met along the way. It was never going to be easy, many ups and down on the way. Car crash, nearly dying on the third day (long story) and plenty of moments I was on the verge of giving up but that feeling at the finish line will never be topped. There’s many thank you posts I could do but mainly one for my support man and good friend Harry. To quit his job and join me as support man on this journey shows his true heart of gold. What that man did for me the last few months means everything, it’s rare to find someone so genuine and I’ll be forever grateful for harry. To go in with a goal of £20,000 to raise for @mindcharity and leave it sitting on £145,000 is something I’ll never be able to comprehend. Thank you so much for making that possible and for all the love and support. This challenge has showed me that my body can do some mad things, maybe not at a quick pace but distance wise this is just the beginning. Over the next few weeks I’ll begin my editing on the documentary and try capture every emotion of this journey. Cannot wait for whatever is next. Mental health matters ❤️

Andrew Tate has been charged with rape, human trafficking, controlling prostitution and actual bodily harm. Nigel Farage described him as "an important voice for young men". That tells you all you need to know about Farage's moral compass.

We grew up learning of the disgusting cruelty of the Nazis… Watching films like La Vita è Bella & The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas in horror The disbelief that humans could ever do that to one another …to now be deemed ‘anti-Semitic’ because we can’t bear to see kids slaughtered & want a free Palestine How did we get here?

This lion is completely broken. Most likely drugged as well. How can people treat animals like this, for others amusement & pleasure. 💔

#Circus 'master' James Hall hits #bears Nanook & Tutter with a stick throughout shows in the US to make them perform 🤬! For up to an hour a day, they are dressed up in clothes, muzzled and made to perform demeaning tricks. When not performing they are kept in cramped cages!

The Economist estimates that the annual costs of Reform UK’s manifesto would be around £200bn and savings around £100bn. The gap would amount to a colossal fiscal shock, blowing up the deficit and straining the gilt market to its limit econ.st/4jGgTfP

I wasn’t thinking about Pamela Anderson but let’s talk about her. Pamela is a once-in-a-lifetime beauty. So striking she was offered a modeling contract after being spotted for a moment at a football game. That kind of beauty doesn’t come around often. She’s now 57. About to become a grandmother. And she’s not clinging to youth the way so many of you seem to gloat about. In the ‘90s, she knew what she was, a sex symbol. That level of attention is often lonely. But she fell in love and had children. Now, in a world terrified of aging, she shows up to red carpets bare-faced. No Botox. No filler. Not even a hair and makeup team. She used her beauty to build a life, love, legacy, and now, wisdom. And that’s what she’s passing on. Grandmas don’t need to be sexy. They get to knit. Paint. Bake. Watch their daughters become mothers. A woman may lose her sexual capital with age. But her value? It evolves into something that the next generation desperately needs. May we all be blessed to get the opportunity to age because it isn’t guaranteed.

American surgeon records herself doing a “peer to peer” call with UnitedHealthcare trying to get a patients surgery approved - UnitedHealthcare refuses to give any of their doctors names who makes decisions - The doctor doesn’t specialize in surgery that’s being requested - She asks for the determination paperwork of how UnitedHealthcare determined the patient shouldn’t get the surgery, UnitedHealthcare won’t provide that information - UnitedHealthcare tells the surgeon to do an “internal appeal” but won’t provide any details on their determination So to recap: UnitedHealthcare denies patients, their surgeon calls and can’t get a name, a specialty, or any details whatsoever regarding the denial This is the state of American Healthcare

These are the top 5 budget items for English councils, by expenditure; * Education * Adult Social Care * Police Services * Children's Social Care * Cultural, Environmental, and Planning. Can anyone point me to what Farage's plans are for these?

Can Reform voters explain to me why? 1. They want a US healthcare system 2. They oppose taxes on very rich corporations 3. They want tax cuts for the wealthiest in society. 4. They want to overturn the 2010 Equality Act and Disability Discrimination Act?
