guy spots a girl sitting in the mall food court with her friend. instead of overthinking it, he locks in and walks up. starts a convo, asks her out on a date, confidence on 10. the friend peeps the meta glasses immediately and calls it out. bro panics and says they’re not meta glasses💀👀 whole vibe shifts in seconds. moral of the story: shooting your shot is respectable, but lying mid-approach is crazy. confidence gets you in the door, honesty keeps you there.
