Nintendo tried to patent touch screen based gameplay for pokemon and it was rejected. I don't think my game was listed as an example but it could have been used since @zenforms came out in 2012 on iOS.

I've a retroid pocket 5 (android powered handheld) and it's so cool to be able to dock it to the TV and hook up a controller. Handy to test a pre-alpha of my game on 💪
I know I don't really tweet much anymore but I want to share this. I'm gutted by this. One of my favorite TV shows of all time is Nip/Tuck. He was one of the leads and I loved him in it. Very sad.
