Since the last update, there have been some exciting new structural developments on the Breithaupt Block Phase III development building.
The impressive 6 story tall steel columns have been erected as well as the steel beam ‘table top’. @salasobrien #Engineering

We are pleased to announce that the fabrication of the 6 storey AESS Class 4 (Architecturally Exposes Structural Steel – showcase finish) columns is well underway. Erection is expected in the coming weeks.
