Instead of choosing one side and getting a partial view, how do we integrate different perspectives and gain a bigger view? That's the inspiration behind my series — Faces of X. 6 videos starring @Liv_Boeree on AI, @TheOmniLiberal on free speech, @BuckAngel on gender, & more👇👇

Our discovery of the cosmos has been a series of radical de-centerings. First, we discovered the earth wasn't the center. Then, neither was our sun. Nor the Milky Way. Finally, we discovered we're in a multi-centered universe — de-centering the very notion of 'center' itself 🤩

Evolution is beautiful, but it's not always pretty 😉
I think we screwed up everything. Let's start over.

I'm looking for my dream musical instrument. Criteria: ▫️I can walk while playing it — i.e. portable ▫️I can talk while playing it — i.e. not a wind instrument ▫️I can drop some wisdom, play it, and it holds the moment — think Laurie Anderson What instrument is it?

Do you think humanity (or "modernity") took a wrong turn, and must course-correct? Or have we simply been evolving, albeit in fits and starts? Or somehow both?

The elements that make our bodies were forged in stars. And therefore — echoing Brian Swimme — the next time you gaze at the night sky and marvel at the universe, remember: YOU ARE THE UNIVERSE marveling at itself 😍

Cosmic creativity isn't evenly distributed in the universe. It concentrates in spiral galaxies — like our Milky Way — and in particular regions within them. In the words of Brian Swimme, "we awaken to existence and discover ourselves in the inner circles of creativity." 🤩!

We judge children differently from adults, because they're at different stages of development. Non-PC question: What about *adults* at different stages? Should someone with a red or blue center of gravity be held to the same moral standards as someone at orange or green?

Oy, there's so much unnecessary swag in this world. Branded coasters, tote bags, and plastic trinkets. Much of it goes straight into the recycling, if not the trash. What if NO swag was the gift? "Congratulations! As our gift to you, we're NOT creating any junk" 😉
