Knowledge Targeting overview page: one.witysk.org/knowledge-tar… Knowledge Targeting is a multi-format documentary project — spanning a 50-chapter book, an episodic video series, companion articles published on Substack, and downloadable PowerPoint presentation slides — that investigates one of the most contested phenomena of our time: the systematic targeting of individuals through coordinated harassment, electronic surveillance, and directed energy technologies. The content is synthesized via Retrieval-Augmented Generation from thousands of underlying documents in the TI One Voice Knowledge Base, including the 1974 U.S. Senate report on behavior modification, the Church Committee COINTELPRO findings, declassified Pentagon bioeffects studies, whistleblower legal filings, and decades of advocacy by the targeted individual community. The project takes as its premise that the experiences reported by targeted individuals are real, that the technologies capable of causing these experiences demonstrably exist, and that systematic denial constitutes a continuation of the harm. Every claim is traced to its documented origin; readers are encouraged to verify independently. Episodes are added below as they are completed across all platforms. #targetedindividuals @TIonevoice #humanrights
