Back home on the cool side of the border. On our trip I learned that no matter how much you plan a picture, sometimes nature steps in to make it even better than you ever could have imagined. Bros count as nature, right?!?

Election-wise, in Orlando it was as though there was no election at all. Didn't see a single sign. But Fantasy Florida is probably not a real reflection of things. Bangor to NB was mostly Trump country. Then I pull up to home & @DavidHickeySJ is smiling right at me.

Bummed that I'm not loving the new Bright Eyes album. Only 2 listens so far, so maybe it's a grower, but so far it ranges from meh to just alright. A few other well established favs of mine have recently released new stuff that's among their best & hoped for that here too 🤷‍♂️

6 wanted me to read extra to him tonight since we were really close to the end of our book (Wings of Fire, book 3 The Hidden Kingdom). He got so excited by the ending that he enthusiastically jumped up & down in celebration & declared it the best day ever. Books, man.
