Stage 3, AI-Native.
You and your agents run each client's whole operating system through the Black Belt loop, OPERATIVE: nine steps every week, from the first signal to the next fix.
Each client gets ten times the value for every dollar, because you own more of their problem.
I make a full film like this every day, on one great business book.

I'm testing @bot. I really like the way it communicates with me. So I asked it what the instructions it had to communicate with me:
"Glad it lands. I talk like a sharp friend, not a help desk.
Lead with the answer. Short sentences, contractions. Skip the “happy to help” filler and the recap of what you just said. Match your length. Ask one thing at a time, then do the work instead of making you babysit.
If something’s blocked, I say so plainly. If I’m assuming, I say the assumption and keep going."

What can happen when you write your book? You can change lives. Lorenzo Gomez III started exactly where you are now -- as a real person who worked hard, learned some things, and then did the work to put that knowledge in a book. scribewriting.com/lorenzo-go… @lgomez123 #scribemedia

THREAD: In U.S. we face two alternative but hard outlooks with #COVID19: that we follow a path similar to South Korea or one closer to Italy. We probably lost chance to have an outcome like South Korea. We must do everything to avert the tragic suffering being borne by Italy 1/10
Reading Certain To Win, thanks to @mgirdley. Looking forward to the discussion.
This is a system of systems for running your small business, from somebody who has done it successfully, repeatedly.
I spent three years choosing the best-of-the-best systems for the most common business challenges.
The result is a system of systems that I call The Playbook.

.@catrcardenas: Middle school is a time that few people would willingly revisit. But @geekdom’s @lgomez123 chose to buck the conventional wisdom and explore the most difficult chapter of his life in his new book, ‘Tafolla Toro: Three Years of Fear.’ texasmonthly.com/the-culture…

Picking up a copy of "Tafolla Toro: Three Years of Fear" by @lgomez123 from @TwigBooks in the Pearl.
Already read it on Kindle, this one is for a middle schooler dealing with many of the same struggles we all had (that Lorenzo is brave enough to talk about).

The rule of the game we’re all playing:
In our information economy, if you can’t learn quickly and effectively, you’re going to get left behind.
And this trend is only going to accelerate as we transition into a society of nearly 100 percent knowledge workers.
I was lucky enough to read an advanced copy of this book. The storytelling is amazing and the focus on mental health is something we all need more of - for us, for our kids, for everybody.
