Here's a public charter school in Seattle which will be safely opening to in-person instruction. This school gets $3000 less in public funding that other Seattle public schools get. It doesn't have a union working behind closed doors to close the doors of the school. #waleg
So happy my son's school, @SummitWA, (a charter in Seattle) will be open Tuesday, putting student learning first. The only way to do this is to take it one day at a time: masks, vaxx, clear protocols. I'm happy to volunteer to help if there are staff shortages. Let's go.
