💡 I believe losing a prop firm account due to daily drawdown is one of the silliest mistakes traders make.
If you’re down 2–3% for the day, JUST STOP TRADING. The markets aren’t going anywhere — you’ll have a fresh daily drawdown tomorrow.
But if you keep trading, hoping not to breach your limit, you’re just burning your money.
Set a rule: Never go beyond 3% of your daily drawdown.
Speaking from experience — I’ve lost 3 accounts this way.
