Friends, I could really use some help.
A large group of Amish builders from Ohio are spending the next FIVE MONTHS fixing homes damaged by Hurricane Helene for FREE in Western North Carolina and South Carolina.
There's just one problem... the Amish don't drive, so they need drivers to take them back and forth to job sites and drop off trailers (if you have a truck).
I have already volunteered to help, but we need more volunteers.
If you feel led and are in the area, there's a sign up sheet in the comments.
You'll get free breakfast and free dinner too + you'll get to meet some of the heroes who have been working here to rebuild.

Claude Code just found proof that every app on your phone is listening to your conversations. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat. they're using what you say out loud to build your feed. i have the data to prove it.
i've suspected this for months but last week something happened that made me finally check.
i was on a call with my friend and told him i'm thinking about breaking up with my girlfriend. didn't text it. didn't search it. just said it out loud with my phone on the table. two hours later she opens TikTok next to me and her entire feed is breakups. "signs your relationship is over." "how to heal after a breakup." she looked at me and said "why is TikTok showing me this." i said i don't know. but i did know.
i connected my iPhone to my MacBook and ran Claude Code that same night.
it scanned every app's background microphone activity for the last 90 days. not just the apps that asked for microphone permission. apps that were supposed to only have access to photos or location but were activating the microphone anyway.
what it found:
→ TikTok activated the microphone 347 times while the app was "closed" in the background
→ Instagram → 211 background activations
→ Facebook → 189
→ Snapchat → 94
every activation lasted between 3 and 15 seconds. enough to catch a sentence. every one of them tagged a keyword and cached it locally on the phone with a timestamp.
Claude Code pulled the full keyword cache:
→ "breakup" — tagged 4 hours before her feed changed
→ "moving out" — from a conversation with my mom last Tuesday
→ "wedding venue" — from a call with my sister about her engagement that i never searched once
→ "protein powder" — said it out loud to my roommate, had ads for it within an hour
→ "flight to tokyo" — mentioned it at dinner, saw travel ads the same night
those keywords were sitting in a local cache on my phone organized by app with timestamps. TikTok had the most entries. Instagram was second. every single keyword matched a conversation i had out loud near my phone.
the scariest one was "wedding venue." my sister told me she's getting engaged on a private call. i never searched it. never typed it. within a day my explore page had engagement rings and venue tours.
then Claude Code checked a second phone in the same room. my girlfriend's. same keywords. same timestamps. both phones were picking up the same conversation and tagging it independently.
i asked Claude Code how to shut it down. it mapped every app's microphone access and built a permission audit.
what i did:
→ revoked microphone access from every app that doesn't need it to function
→ disabled background app refresh for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat
→ turned off "Hey Siri" which keeps the microphone in passive listening mode 24/7
→ revoked "nearby interaction" permission which uses ultrasonic audio between devices
Claude Code confirmed all four apps lost background microphone access after the changes. i checked her phone too. same steps. took about 3 minutes per phone.
within 48 hours both our feeds went completely random. generic content. nothing personal. nothing from our conversations. that's when i knew for sure it was real.
the full step by step and the prompt are in the first reply. takes 3 minutes. save it so you don't lose it and send it to anyone who's ever said "my phone is definitely listening to me." it is. now you can prove it and shut it down.

LBJ drove the final dagger into American federalism.
The Civil Rights Act, Hart–Celler, the Voting Rights Act, and the Great Society didn’t just change policy.
They transformed America’s social fabric and shifted power from citizens and states to Washington.

That’s over. The people who should have maintained it just lined their pockets, opened the borders, lowered their own taxes, and sold their own fellow citizens down the river. What we live in now is the fallout of this betrayal.

elon musk's grok bot found a hidden profile on my phone that recorded my screen, camera and location for 19 days. $12,400 was stolen from my bank account using 2FA codes screenshotted off my screen in real time. all from 20 minutes of charging at the airport
my flight was delayed. i sat down at gate B6 and plugged into the free USB port built into the armrest. 20 minutes. that's it
nothing happened. no popup. no notification. phone charged and i went home
two weeks later Chase calls me. suspicious wire transfer. $8,200 to an account i've never heard of. i open Zelle, two more. $2,400 on the 12th. $1,800 on the 17th. all three went through. all three had my 2FA codes
i couldn't figure out how. i have authenticator apps. i don't click links. i don't download random shit. my passwords are all unique
i plugged my iPhone into my MacBook and ran grok on the full device backup
the first thing it found made me put my phone down
a hidden MDM profile. mobile device management, the same system companies use to control work phones. remote camera. remote mic. screen recording. location tracking. full access to messages, photos, contacts, browser history. and a rogue root certificate that intercepted every HTTPS connection on my phone
it was called "AirPort Free Wi-Fi." it installed itself silently through the USB cable at the airport. no permission screen. no popup. nothing. just slid right in
server: 185.234.72.xxx
location: Chisinau, Moldova
domain age: 4 months
WHOIS: privacy-protected
19 days active. 847 commands executed on my phone. 612 location pings, one every 15 minutes. they mapped my apartment. my office. my daughter's school. my entire daily routine for almost three weeks
94 screenshots pulled from my phone. my Chase balance. my iMessage threads. my gmail password reset screens. my authenticator app with the codes on display. they didn't need to hack anything. they just watched my screen and used the codes before i could
4,291 photos exported. 1,247 contacts. 2,840 URLs from my browser history
the part that hit me the hardest was the location data. they had my daughter's school pinpointed by day 3. they knew what time i dropped her off and picked her up. every day for 19 days
$12,400. three transactions. all approved with 2FA codes they screenshotted off my phone in real time. by the time Chase flagged it the money was already in Moldova
i didn't get hacked by clicking a link. i didn't download malware. i plugged my phone into a USB port at an airport to charge it while i waited for my flight
what i did that night:
> removed the MDM profile and the rogue root certificate
> changed every password from my wife's laptop, not from my phone
> froze all cards, disputed all three transactions
> called the bank and put verbal verification on wire transfers
> filed a police report and an FTC complaint
> ordered a $12 USB data blocker off amazon. that's all it would have taken
my wife asked me why i was up at 3am. i showed her the grok output. she didn't say anything for about ten minutes. then she asked if they had photos of our daughter. they did. 4,291 of them
check your phone right now. settings > general > VPN & device management. if there is anything there you don't recognize, screenshot it and remove it immediately
don't ever plug your phone into a USB port you don't own. not at the airport. not at the hotel. not at the coffee shop. bring a wall adapter. bring a power bank. a USB cable is not just power. it's a data connection straight into your phone
the full scan takes 3 minutes. the prompt is in the comments. run it tonight on every phone in your house. send this to anyone you know who travels

Salt water flushing is the most powerful gut cleansing technique on Earth.
It will reset your entire mental, physical, and emotional state while eliminating parasites and candida.
Here’s how to perform it correctly:
Most people are walking around with 5-15 pounds of old rotting fecal matter stuck in them, caused by poor diet, stress & processed foods.
This toxic waste gets reabsorbed into your bloodstream 24/7. It poisons your brain, drains your energy, and feeds parasites.
Think about it: You brush your teeth daily. Shower daily. Wash your clothes.
But when’s the last time you cleaned your internal “plumbing”?
That 25+ feet of intestines processes everything you’ve ever eaten. It needs maintenance too.
A salt water flush clears it out, fast.
This flush is perfect after travel, junk food, or when enemas/colonics aren’t an option.
Within 30–45 mins, it flushes your system and gives you a full-body reset.
One flush can shift everything: mood, clarity, digestion.
Here’s how to do it:
The method is stupidly simple:
• 10–14 oz warm, purified water
• 1–2 tbsp sea salt
• juice of 1 lemon or 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Alternate drinking the solution along with 18–20 oz of clean water, all within 15 min.
The longer you take, the less effective it is.
You’ll consume 32 oz total.
Bowel movements will start hitting you in 30-60 minutes. Let the process finish completely.
• Don’t eat for 2 hrs after
• Continue drinking clean water
• Add probiotics or fermented foods later if you can, to rebuild gut flora.
It’s a full GI flush, not a partial cleanse.
After the flush, once your system is clear:
• Add Broccoli Sprout Extract (sulforaphane) for detox + inflammation support
• Use Methylene Blue to boost cellular respiration + brain function (skip if on SSRI/MAOI)
Keep in mind:
• Use high-quality sea salt (no iodized/table salt)
• Not for people with high BP, Crohn’s, or IBS
• Set aside 2+ hours for bathroom time, don’t ignore urges
• Avoid doing this with guests or on social events
• Do this 2-3 times per month max.
The transformation happens fast. Within 24-48 hours after the purge ends, clients report:
• Brain fog completely lifts
• Energy levels skyrocket
• Mental clarity like they’ve never experienced
• “Euphoric” feeling of being clean inside
Your gut-brain connection resets.
What this method destroys:
• Microscopic parasites
• Candida overgrowth
• Bad bacteria colonies
• Yeast infections
• Mold toxins
What it doesn’t kill well:
• Large intestinal worms (needs a different protocol)
But for the microscopic nasties? This is nuclear.
The cost breakdown will blow your mind:
• DIY salt and ACV cleanse: $2
• Professional colonic session: $75-150
• Series of 3 colonics: $250-450
You get the same colon-emptying results for 1% of the cost.
Plus this hits your small intestine too, which colonics can’t reach.
The salt water flush is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the protocols I’ve created over the last 10 years.
Join my free live Zoom workshop on October 28th, where I share the process I take my clients through to help them go from having chronic fatigue & brain fog to all day energy & razor sharp clarity.

🚨BREAKING (EXCLUSIVE): National Security Concerns Leaked by MSFT Whistleblower
Leaked Microsoft screenshots show an India-based engineer received approval to view U.S. government cloud logs.
A Microsoft whistleblower contacted me and shared screenshots supporting allegations that Microsoft used its “escort” process to allow an India based engineer to access Government Community Cloud (GCC) systems. The whistleblower alleges the engineer is not a U.S. citizen.
Microsoft’s own published rules state that temporary elevated access to customer content in GCC requires verified U.S. citizenship. The escort model is the workaround the company uses so non-U.S. personnel can still direct the work.
The screenshots show Viraj Chokhany requesting and receiving approval for escort access to view logs in the DPRODMGD151 environment, which is part of Government Community Cloud Moderate — the cloud used by many federal, state, and local agencies.
In the escort process, a U.S. person is supposed to open the system while the India-based engineer guides the work.
The whistleblower believes this raises urgent national security concerns and may violate FedRAMP requirements.
Multiple Microsoft employees have reviewed the screenshots and confirmed they appear authentic. Viraj, has been confirmed to live in India-- Where he also attended and graduated college.
The whistleblower is working on a public statement. I will release the whistleblowers statement when I receive it.
Attached images are some of the screenshots that I received from the Whistleblower.

RTX 3060 --> +78~99%
RTX 3070 --> +72~81%
RTX 3080 --> +68~73%
RTX 3090 Ti --> BF16 +80%
RTX 4070 Ti --> +83~84%
RTX 4090 --> 특정 Tensor 거의 2배
RTX 2080 Ti도 --> +36~64%
--> RTX 3000대만의 이야기가 아닙니다. 20 / 30 / 40 시리즈까지, 데스크탑이랑 노트북 쪽 실측도 지금까지 계속 실시간으로 쌓이고 있습니다.

Claude Code found every photo i "permanently deleted" from my iPhone.
almost 4 years of photos and videos sitting in a hidden cache on my
device. any app with file access can read them.
plugged my iPhone into my MacBook for a backup. had Claude Code running
a security scan from my last post. it flagged something i never asked
it to check. a directory called PhotoData/Thumbnails with over 152,000
files. photos, videos, screenshots. all stuff i deleted.
2022. 2023. 2024. 2025. photos i deleted within a second of taking them.
photos i went into Recently Deleted and cleared manually. photos i
deleted twice because i didn't trust the first time. all still there.
what was sitting in that cache:
a passport photo for a visa application in 2023
bank app screenshots with full account numbers visible
private photos i sent someone and deleted the same night after a breakup
a crypto seed phrase screenshot i took "for a minute" in 2022
my ID and credit card side by side, deleted 10 seconds later
my ex's private instagram stories i saved and "permanently deleted"
in 2024
152,417 files. some at full resolution. all organized by date going
back to 2021.
when you delete a photo on iPhone, iOS removes it from your camera roll
and your Recently Deleted folder. but it keeps a compressed copy in a
Spotlight search index cache. that's how your phone finds photos when
you type a word in search. Apple never clears it. not after 30 days.
not after a year. they told you it was permanently deleted. it wasn't.
checked which apps on my phone had Files and Folders access. 19 apps.
weather apps. QR scanners. PDF readers. a flashlight app from 2021.
any of them could've been reading every photo i ever "deleted" this
whole time.
went from 19 apps to 3 in about a minute.
full step by step is below. takes 2 minutes. bookmark it so you don't
lose it and send it to anyone with an iPhone.
I CHECK EVERY AIRBNB WIFI WITH CLAUDE CODE NOW
takes 2 minutes and it's kind of addictive
check into a place, join the wifi, open claude code and ask "list every device on this network and what each one is"
most of it is boring. the tv, a couple of smart plugs, the router. but you see the whole list, and the one box that doesn't belong stands out fast
last trip one device was from a company that only makes ip cameras. didn't love that
how to do it yourself
1. join the wifi, open claude code, paste the prompt in the first reply
2. it lists every device and flags anything that looks like a camera or a mic
3. if something looks off, lights out and run your phone flashlight over the smoke detectors, clocks and chargers. a lens glints back
you won't remember this at 1am in a strange room. bookmark it now
this only sees your own network, nothing else. just a traveler checking the room they rented
ever found something weird in a rental? what did you use to check

Mr Weinstein, we hate indians for a reason. I travelled to india with the intent of staying for a year; traveling from Kerala and leaving by bus across the border into Kathmandu.
I had to leave after two weeks.
The daily scams (even from managers of reputable hotels), card cloning, harassment by izzat-hunting Indians for selfies, indians washing their asses in the ocean in weird rituals, terrible advice for destinations, shards of glass, trash and piles of poo in the sand, and an ocean that burned the flesh.
Every conversation ending in how much money I was worth, the putrid and indescribable stench, the mountains of trash (that natives would allow their pigs and goats out to eat in the afternoon).
Goddamn disease-ridden cows walking around for no reason at all and their cow dung to step in.
The fact that the first conversation over dinner with two girls from Mumbai the topic of conversation was about how they were both raped by their uncles as children and neither knew a girl in india who hadn't been molested by a relative.
I could go on, and on and on.
I flew straight to Ko Samui from Goa (a total shithole) and never looked back.
The mere fact that Thai immigration officials rounded up every stinkin' indian on our inbound flight when we arrived but let all the White people straight through is evidence of their reputation and was my only consolation.
Anyone who has seen what india is knows true insanity is ever letting a single indian leave that anus of the Earth.
Because I'm telling you now, indians are a diarrhea being splattered all over our nations and if we let it continue...
We'll all end up covered in shit.

Joshua Michael found an access token on Flock's public website.
No login required. No authentication. Just sitting there.
He downloaded Flock's entire database. 300,000 device locations. 170,000 cameras. 130,000 other hardware units. 27,000 acoustic detectors.
Made a map. Published it September 23.
The Senate held a hearing on Flock the same day. Cited Michael's research.
Flock panicked.
Sent a cease-and-desist. Used a brand-protection vendor called Doppel to claim trademark infringement.
The map said it wasn't affiliated with Flock. Doppel didn't care.
Michael's site went dark.
Then Proton moved it to Swiss servers.
Now it lives on protonmcp.org. Untouchable. Uncensorable. Hosted by an encryption company in a country that doesn't care what Flock wants.
The irony is crystalline.
Flock left an access token on the internet. Michael used it to download their own data. Published it. Flock tried to suppress it.
Proton said suppressing it is suppressing information.
Which is true.
The map shows Flock has 150,000 more cameras than they publicly claimed.
Shows acoustic detection units mapping human speech across the country.
Shows which police departments have access to the whole network.
Flock doesn't want that visible.
So they tried trademark infringement.
Which only worked until Proton decided transparency matters more than Flock's feelings.
Now everyone can see exactly how many cameras are watching their car. Where they are. Which cops can see them.
Michael warned Flock about the exposed token in November 2025.
Flock ignored him.
Then got mad when he used it.
The surveillance company that claims to protect privacy just tried to suppress the only map showing how much they actually surveille.
And failed.
‼️ Proton is hosting a map of 300,000+ Flock surveillance device locations that Flock tried to get taken down.
Researcher Joshua Michael says he pulled them from Flock's own systems via a token left open to anyone.
Proton calls the takedown "an attempt to suppress information."

The GRU hacked into Jared Kushner's iPhone. Dutch military intelligence (MIVD) then recruited a GRU spy who gave them access to the hacked phone. What MIVD discovered was that Kushner had access to two bank accounts --one Azerbaijani, the other Israeli --where Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Emirati ruler Mohammed bin Zayed deposited money. It sounds like a slightly far-fetched episode of "Slow Horses," but it's real. And it proves just how eye-poppingly corrupt this administration was and continues to be as its "special envoy" decides the fate of tens of millions in Europe in the Middle East.
