I started being committed to losing weight and working out exactly a month ago and I was 310 pounds in June and now I’m down to 286 already so fuck it whatever I’m doing seems to be working
Update on the fitness journey: I finally got under 290 for the first time since around high school and I’m pretty proud of myself right now
