Atmosfer is the third and last flight of the @CNES balloon campaign. With 12 experiments on board, the balloon will fly during more than 11 hours in a small circle of 100 km around the @SSC_Rockets Esrange base.

.@strateole_2 was also a validation campaign for #Aeolus data. There were an impressive 231 collocations between the balloons and Aeolus🛰️🎈. Basic meteorological measurements provided by the balloons will now be used to validate Aeolus data. Read more👉 earth.esa.int/eogateway/news…

50 RACHuTS profiles and counting! These are first of its kind profiles of temperature #TSEN, aerosol #ROPC, and water vapor #FLASHB 2 km through the #TTL. Lots of great data ratcheting in. Even early evidence of sub-visible cirrus clouds.

Today we performed 4m dock testing with the RACHuTS instrument's 2km reel system with forced oscillation. The instrument is looking good for flight! @strateole_2
