i think one of the biggest problems with modern wrestling is simply the idea of it. people want too much and too little. they expect everything and nothing. they want fresh ideas and to relive the 2010's. and of course my best recommendation for this is to watch ddt pro wrestling

i absolutely LOVE what @itsvedatime said here about "intergender" wrestling. especially given the fact that both veda and speedball exist outside of the gender binary.
operating in a space that's traditionally gendered as a nonbinary person happens! but the answer is so simple!
dark sheik is probably one of the most important figures in wrestling today
Didnt know anyone said anything about me at the show until someone tweeted it,
Was too focused on all the girls & gays cheering me on
and doing my job.
but, thank you EFFY💜 @EFFYlives
and, to my enemies:
see me, and despair

How many times can you fall in love with pro wrestling? I think it’s endless. Keep going.

I actually get uncomfortable watching this back because I didn’t mean for my emotions to overwhelm me so much I was shaking.
But I just really care about this & have trouble biting my tongue at this subject.
Wrestlers with a dream:
Stand out & be yourself, unapologetically.
Take risks.
Make mistakes.
Experiment with ideas.
Take a chance on your own instincts.
BET ON YOURSELF instead of blending in to someone else’s idea of who you are!
You will never please everybody, but every time you go out to wrestle -
try to imagine the younger fan in you before you started this career,
the fan you know better than anybody,
is sitting right there in the front row watching you.
Work hard for that fan, cater to that fan & make that fan’s night the best night ever.
I promise your heart & soul will thrive.
This really hits home for me!

i think my issue is that i always dreamed of being a wrestler but i knew my health would never allow me so it essentially feels like i'm always on the outside looking in. i don't know. it bums me out but watching people i like succeed is neat. whatever. where's my advil
i wish there was a word better than love to describe how i feel about wrestling. i guess the people i watch are larger than life or celebrities or whatever but i don't know how to express my gratitude without sounding insane i think. twitter posting and drawing is all i can do
i've seen chris brookes and mark davis do this spot like 4 times and i swear on my life it keeps getting funnier
i mean no of course i don't want them to get injured or anything but wrestling is 50% pain. it's easier to sympathize with someone in pain and easier to hate someone inflicting the pain. i don't think it's crazy to say that
"i don't like when my favorite wrestlers get hurt" i do. i like when they are squirming and pathetic. that is what i pay to watch them do. they are my traumagotchi, if you will

Big shout out to Attack, Rev Pro, Progress, New Wave, Bridge Pro, Lucha Libre Rebellion, RCW, BlackOut & PPW for having me while being back home for the last 2 months. It’s been great being back but we have some business to attend to in Japan for a lil bit

Friendly reminder: Absolutely zero need or tolerance for transphobia, homophobia, racism, or other awful comments from the crowd at ANY wrestling show.
Comment on the match or the character, not the human beings.
