Baca Kompas terbitan Senin, 21 September 2026, ternyata ada sebanyak ini hunian subsidi yang tersebar di Jabodetabek.
Dan yang menjadi masalah, hunian subsidi itu jaraknya lebih jauh dari pusat kota (tempat kerja), tidak memiliki akses transportasi umum yang memadai, dan juga malah menimbulkan beban biaya transportasi yang lebih tinggi bagi penghuninya.
Jika pemerintah tidak bisa menyediakan akses yang layak bagi hunian subsidi tersebut untuk ke pusat kota, kenapa tidak mendorong hunian vertikal yang terjangkau dengan pemanfaatan lahan atau bangunan kosong di pusat kota?

The key question for markets is whether Prabowo can have his cake and eat it too.
