Both these books are cracking reads @stu_turton - great work & thank you. (Read D&DW last year & just finished 7deaths). Think I enjoyed 7 Deaths a little more, the sheer audacity of it! Would make an amazing TV series if anyone was brave enough.

These are turning areas for large vehicles (this one at the of a tight road on a hill) *NOT EXTRA PARKING* This results in a large truck reversing down a hill through parked cars, coming out on a bend on the main road. (They should all be double yellowed by authorities) @YPLAC

@LouRHare - just finished your excellent book #thislovelycity My eyes have just started to work (sorta) after a recent stroke so I expect I would have enjoyed anything but this was marvellous. What excellent characters, I felt for them & I felt disappointed by them at times. 👍👍

@mrjamesob @LBC Political (high) office is supposed to be a calling, not a stepping stone in a career.

And if it is a career, then you will get people who are looking to make a packet, not make a difference. (So I guess that’s the beginnings of a case to pay MPs more, give them better pensions and ban them from having any career afterwards that allows access to public funds?)
