Patrick Stewart, who will be remembered most for his roles as Captain Jean-Luc Picard on “Star Trek: The Next Generation” and as Professor Charles Xavier in the “X-Men” films, has died at 86. variety.com/2026/tv/news/pat…

I always liked this scene in The Next Generation where Picard explains to a Wall Street financier that society has eliminated scarcity, poverty, hunger, and money. The financier is troubled by that, and Picard responds that the point is to enrich your life.

We mourn the passing of Patrick Stewart, who inspired countless individuals at NASA (and beyond) to boldly go where no one has gone before.

Reminder: An undocumented criminal who terrorized his building with a machete and has a history of avoiding deportation received an outpouring of community support after being grazed by a bullet. Meanwhile, a teenage boy is murdered by thugs on his way to school, and where is the outrage? No marches. No speeches. No blocking traffic demanding justice. Where the hell are the social justice warriors?
The father of a teen killed in a shooting in the Bronx spoke through tears as he remembered his son. Read more: pix11.com/news/crime/teen-ki…

This block is also extremely uncomfortable for women to walk on now, you have to go through basically two columns of leering unassimilated Muslim North Africans.
NEW: Manhattan Residents enraged over delivery bikes flooding their street. East Village neighbors spoke on 1st Avenue and East 11th Street on Thursday afternoon, saying their block has been taken over by parked delivery e-bikes. Speakers said the street holds about 40 parked cars but roughly 400 e-bikes, and one resident said rats crawl in and out of the delivery bags. "Why are 400 e-bikes on this one block?" an organizer asked the crowd. Longtime resident Michael Anton said the bikes keep multiplying every time he steps outside. 21 y/o hockey captain and fraternity president killed in Connecticut by a twice-deported illegal immigrant… We are losing great Americans, our nation’s future, in exchange for unvetted savages. Millions entered in just the last few years. Millions must be deported.
EXCLUSIVE: University Hockey Captain Killed in Wrong Way Collision With Twice-Deported Mexican Illegal in Sanctuary Connecticut A beloved member of the University of New Haven community was killed in a head-on collision with a driver who is in the U.S. illegally, federal authorities have confirmed with Border Hawk. The tragedy unfolded at around 11:45 p.m. on Oct. 16 in North Haven, Connecticut. Ryan O’Shea, 21, was driving southbound on Interstate 91 when a pickup truck traveling in the wrong direction slammed into his Honda Accord, causing his vehicle to strike two SUVs, Connecticut State Police (CSP) explained in an accident summary. O’Shea, who was on his way back to campus after playing in a hockey game, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the pickup truck, who suffered “serious life-threatening injuries,” was identified as 31-year-old Guillermo Carmona-Lopez, a resident of Bridgeport, Connecticut. “In May 2013, Border Patrol arrested Carmona-Lopez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, after he illegally entered the country. Carmona-Lopez was issued an expedited removal and was removed from the country,” the Department of Homeland Security told us. “He then illegally reentered the country near the Rio Grande Valley after being removed—a felony—and was once again arrested by Border Patrol in May 2013. Carmona-Lopez was issued a final order of removal on May 30, 2013. He then reentered the country at an unknown time and place.” It is currently unclear if Carmona-Lopez will face charges in connection with the crash. A resident of Stony Point, New York, O’Shea served as senior assistant captain of the university’s club hockey team and also chapter president of the Kappa Sigma fraternity. He was studying criminal justice with a concentration in police science and aspired to work for the New York Police Department. “Ryan was not only a great leader, but he was a caring friend to anyone around him. He always knew how to light up a room and make people laugh, no matter the time. Ryan’s leadership and the memories he has made will never be forgotten,” Kappa Sigma wrote in an Instagram post memorializing O’Shea. Ryan’s sisters said he “always found a way to make everything positive.” “He was always trying to go out of the way to help others and include them in new spaces if they didn’t know anyone,” Kiera O’Shea stated. Two memorial scholarships have been established in Ryan O’Shea’s name. Contributions can be made here. We contacted CSP to request more information on this investigation and Carmona-Lopez’s current condition and will provide updates if they become available.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here... If a home owner shoots a home invader they should not be charged. In fact they deserve an accommodation for doing the police's job. Also their division should reimburse them for the ammo used.

The Democrat Party is racist against Asians and Whites
When Virginia schools were 50% Asian, the state said they were “overrepresented,” not diverse enough, and needed to be “rebalanced” for equity. Now the governor is saying that a cabinet that is 75% black is “the most diverse”. The double standard is exhausting.

Black Americans are fucking animals
🇺🇸🇬🇭 A 15-year-old Ghanaian teen was FATALLY SHOT on his way to school in the Bronx, just one year after arriving in America. He was shot in the abdomen near Crotona Park and died at the hospital. His father believes bullying was behind the attack. Three days earlier, two students had been suspended for targeting his son. A quiet kid who left Ghana for a better life is gone, and his dad is left trying to understand how a school fight ended with a gun. Writer: Lucas

They haven't been 'left' for decades, they're insane
The left claims the right is eroding democracy I used to believe this Now I strongly believe that the inverse is true, the left is eroding democracy If you don't believe this, ask yourself: 1) why won't California pass a Voter ID law? 2) why does the left allow >10 million illegal immigrants into America? 3) why was President Trump investigated over classified documents but Biden and Clinton weren't (they both had classified documents)? 4) why did Democratic operatives find a second Dan Sullivan to run against the incumbent Dan Sullivan in Alaska? 5) how are the courts able to block the deportation of violent illegal immigrants who have deportation orders? (not all, the subset with criminal indictments) From the mid 1800s until 2016 the left and right had roughly symmetrical powers But the 2016 election fractured the right into two groups: the legacy Republican party vs MAGA While they were fighting with each other, the Democratic party solidified an exceptional -- and asymmetric -- level of power We see this in its most pronounced form in the courts today; but the trajectory is a uniparty This would effectively be the end of Democracy in America If the Democrats want my vote again then do the following things: a) pass a voter ID law b) make electoral college and congressional power proportionate to *citizen population* rather than *total population* (including illegal immigrants) c) remove threats to pack the Supreme Court (and in a perfect world pass legislation capping the Court at 9 judges) 🇺🇸

My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will: 1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate. 2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority. 3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority. This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word. All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.
