FFS, now EVERY firefighter and volunteer firefighter , that isn’t working, has been called to grab their PPE and report to a station. Our city is literally burning to the ground and we have no one to really help. This is so exhausting

I have never been so disappointed in a business like I have with @TD_Insurance , had a basement flood in Feb/22, they dragged their feet through the whole process. Was supposed to get work done this week( 5 mnths later) and they have continually dropped the ball.
