Local @AMCTheatres decided to go political and switch off the Heating for customers watching #MelaniaFilm in a 11 degree freezing NYC weather... All other rooms were warm and toasty including the lobby... Pathetic!!

think twice before you use @HRBlock @HRBlockNews @HRBlockAnswers ... they did not even care to send IRS my return and customer service says they have no way to triage what happened... what a joke!

So @HRBlock just PMed me a few numbers to call to get the status of refund... what an "out of touch" customer service?? clueless as i told them @HRBlock did not even filed my return and send me a fake acceptance letter...
