Aurora Innovation signed a nonbinding MOU with Charger Logistics under which Charger intends to buy up to 500 Aurora Driver-powered trucks, with deliveries planned for 2027 and 2028. The agreement would use Aurora’s Driver as a Service model, shifting truck ownership to Charger while Aurora handles the driving. The deal builds on Charger’s July contract to launch driverless hauls between Dallas and Laredo, Texas, and supports Aurora’s goal of more than 30,000 driverless trucks by 2030.

Stord just made our largest acquisition yet, acquiring AMS Fulfillment.
Our 12th acquisition adds 10M+ annual orders and 1.3M square feet to our network infrastructure.
Commerce is a scale game. More volume means lower costs, faster delivery, and more data powering smarter AI and automation.
Every acquisition accelerates that flywheel, and enables us to grow even faster organically. And we're still accelerating.
Stord has been more successful with acquisitions than modern "AI roll-ups." We have a powerful organic growth engine, clear benefits from scale, and the same opportunity to transform operations through applied AI.
Acquisitions accelerate an already compounding business, rather than being the business itself. There's a lot more to unpack on our acquisition playbook and why it works so elegantly.
Will share more on that soon.
