I once sat near someone at an event who was on the receiving end of a Jan Verhaas stare when their phone went off, made me cold! Could never be on the receiving end of something like that!
Since I started going to snooker with a mobile, I've been terrified of my phone going off inside the arena. I used to take the battery out when that was a thing, now check it about 52 times before a session to make sure it's on silent... I don't get why you wouldn't be like that?

Absolutely gut-wrenching miss from Mark Allen but my goodness, how classy was he in defeat there. To compose himself and speak so eloquently and heap praise on his opponent like that just seconds after coming out of the arena, incredibly graceful. #BBCSnooker
