Look at the rockets in the images below. On 12/7/22 and on 12/9/22, brokerages like TD Ameritrade and @CharlesSchwab were communicating to their clients that FINRA verified to them that 12/13/22 was the Share Cancellation Date for MMTLP.
It's common practice that a Trading Symbol gets Deleted when the Shares get Cancelled, but Deletion typically occurs in conjunction with Cancellation or afterwards.
Because FINRA didn't correct the Share Cancellation Date in the revision, by just including Symbol Deletion and also by not informing brokerages of the error, FINRA basically doubled down on 12/13/22 being the Share Cancellation Date for MMTLP.
It wasn't until 3 months later in the first FAQ that FINRA referred to 12/14/22 as the actual Share Cancellation Date, but the events of 12/13/22 already took place! @FBIWFO @Beardvet @FBILosAngeles

• 9 former employees
What for:
• 22 trying to meet a minor for sex
• 17 child sexual abuse images
• 9 soliciting prostitution
• 6 sexually abusing a child
• 3 exposure or voyeurism
• 1 sexual assault of an adult
At least 23 more Disney workers were arrested, but their names were never released.
New ones include a Disney music publishing director charged with lewd acts on a child (dismissed after two hung juries), a former Disney vice president convicted of child sexual abuse, and the former director of Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, charged in the Bahamas with raping a guest.
12 confirmed convictions so far. Everyone else is innocent until proven guilty.
