NEW: Ken Griffin on Paris riots, Chicago and JB Pritzker I think Paris should be a real wake up call to every single young American. France is the dream the left talks about. That dream is the nightmare I left from Chicago. That dream doesn’t belong in our country. A society that comes down to how much you can take from others. Do you see candidates that you’re actually fearful that’s the path they’re going down: J.B. Pritzker, Governor of Illinois. Yes, 100%. 100%
Ken Griffin on the rise of DSA, Paris riots and looting in Chicago I'm not so worried about it. It's a New York, Illinois, Michigan, California bit of a bubble. If you want to see where socialism leads to, look at France last weekend. It's the socialist dream. The country spends 60% of GDP at the government level. BTW Paris looked pretty damn similar to Chicago in 2021-22. It’s a people… (that) are very willing to riot and protest anything. Is that really the future that the US might be looking at? It’s the future. I lived in Chicago. I could look out my window at the Dior store. They were very efficient. We may be more efficient than the French, even at looting.

AI models are advancing faster than enterprises can modernize their infrastructure. That's the problem Marcin and I are tackling with NetConverter.ai. What if your AI agent could orchestrate 20 firewall migrations while a deterministic engine handles the conversions and engineers retain control? The model can change. The specialized execution shouldn't have to. Your agent orchestrates. NetConverter executes. Engineers decide. Here's where we're heading. 👇

AI is moving from answering questions to orchestrating real work. We’ve connected NetConverter.ai to Claude through MCP and terminal access. AI initiates. Our engine performs the migration. Engineers review and decide. This could reshape how VARs deliver services. 🎥

AI is finding vulnerabilities faster than enterprises can fix them. Bank of America brought in 1,000 additional contractors to help address software flaws. What happens when AI-driven discovery outpaces engineering capacity? The next big opportunity isn't just finding problems. It's fixing them. #AI #Cybersecurity

A month or two ago, I heard @George_Kurtz discuss North Korean operatives securing legitimate remote IT jobs inside U.S. companies. Now the FBI has disrupted a related operation. The threat isn't always someone breaking into your network. Sometimes they're already on the payroll. #Cybersecurity

FireMon reports 45% of firewall rules lack an owner or documentation. In finance, we'd demand an explanation. In IT, we often carry them into the next platform. A migration should be a chance to challenge that technical debt—not just translate it. #Cybersecurity #Leadership

The FBI and Secret Service warn that FortiBleed attackers may lock organizations out of their own firewalls. Securing enterprise infrastructure is challenging enough. Add years of legacy configurations and technical debt, and the complexity compounds. ic3.gov/CSA/2026/261006.pdf

Your AI inherits your technical debt. BCG/CAST makes a point every CIO should hear: an LLM can't replace understanding your systems. After decades in enterprise IT, I agree. Faster isn't better if you don't know what you're changing.

AI isn't waiting for enterprise governance to catch up. Gartner: Agentic AI investment is expected to grow 31.8%, while only 20% of CEOs say they're highly ready for AI industrialization. We don't need to slow AI down. We need to get much better at proving its work. Speed + verification = trust.

Cybersecurity’s modernization paradox: threats are accelerating, but the infrastructure changes needed to respond are still too manual. The question isn’t just “Are we secure?” It’s “How fast can we safely change?” Modernization should reduce risk—not introduce it.

From full-motion simulation to full-motion reality. 🏁 Collin’s passion for racing led him to become part of the team building Driven Dynamix and pushing what’s possible with full-motion simulation. Now comes a very different kind of motion: The 2026 Baja 1000. Nearly 1,000 miles through the desert. As his dad, this one is going to be pretty damn fun to watch. Let’s go, Collin. 🔥🏁 @CollinRobb7 #Baja1000 #DrivenDynamix #Motorsports

5 AM. Already moving. Woke up catching up on AI, cybersecurity and everything changing overnight. Opened LinkedIn to a 4:30 AM message: “Would love to talk about two of my favorite things — racing and cybersecurity.” 🏎️ Now you’ve got my attention. The threats aren’t slowing down. Technology isn’t slowing down. The world is speeding up. So I might as well get moving too. Workout. New Dot. Then back to building @NetConverterAI. 🚀

Another night. Another @Xfinity outage. I pay a significant amount every month for Xfinity TV + Internet at two homes, and over the past year the reliability has become increasingly difficult to justify. Tonight: TV, Internet and Voice unavailable again. At some point you have to ask: Why am I still paying premium prices for service I can’t depend on? I’m seriously considering moving both homes to @Starlink — or another alternative. If I can improve reliability AND substantially reduce what I’m spending, this decision starts getting pretty easy. @XfinitySupport @Xfinity — I’d genuinely like to hear why I should stay. #Xfinity #Comcast #InternetOutage

I’m looking for the problem child. I used to tell our technology partners this when I was building my last company: Don’t bring me the customer where everything is working perfectly. Bring me the difficult problem. I’m thinking the same way about NetConverter.ai. Budget cut, but infrastructure still needs modernizing? More migrations than engineers? A project that no longer makes economic sense the traditional way? Bring us that one. AI and automation should do more than make old processes faster. They should change the economics. Spend less. Do more. Reduce risk. Got a “problem child” migration? I’d like to hear about it. #NetworkMigration #NetworkAutomation

Yesterday at Moonshots LIVE in LA, one conversation stayed with me: @CathieDWood and @wintonARK of @ARKInvest. Their thesis goes far beyond AI. What happens when AI, robotics, energy storage, biotech and blockchain converge — and the productivity gains begin flowing through the entire economy? Cathie just published a fascinating paper making the economic case. I’m digging into it on my flight home. What if this isn’t simply another technology cycle? What if we’re entering one of the most expansive periods of economic and human possibility in more than a century? After a day at Moonshots LIVE, that’s a question worth spending some time with. Cathie’s paper ↓
