🚨DealFuel is now live on the iOS and Android App Stores 🚨
This one feels pretty surreal because DealFuel started as an idea in a notebook, then became a platform I hacked together myself, then eventually a proper web app.
It worked too.
We reached thousands of members, built a huge private network and took this space by storm.
But there was always one obvious gap.
Reps had to remember to log in.
We used Telegram to push opportunities and communicate quickly, which worked surprisingly well, but it was still a workaround.
That gap is now gone.
Your phone pings the second you’re shortlisted for a role.
You can read the brief, accept or pass in one tap, and track every opportunity you’re in without jumping between platforms or waiting for someone to chase you.
The whole thing is built around one focus of getting elite sales reps in front of the right opportunity faster than anyone else.
That has always been my vision.
Now it sits in your pocket.
DealFuel is live on iOS and Android.
The takeover continues 👑👑👑

Fashion brands always make this mistake
They go completely quiet for weeks or months...
Then out of nowhere, they hit their list with a huge drop announcement
But what actually ends up happening is -
- Straight to spam.
- Open rates fall off a cliff.
- Inbox providers mark those emails as suspicious
Due to that massive spike in volume with no warm-up, deliverability gets completely wrecked
If you only email when you’re dropping something - you’re setting yourself up to lose

Really envy people who can travel and still get a full days of deep work done
Recently anytime I've travelled I've struggled to be able to completely dial in
Now if I’m somewhere new, I just wanna enjoy it
Would love to know if there's any way to adjust from this though, besides taking a bunch of stimulants

Who's the best affiliate marketer for ecom brands? Looking to make an intro to a very cool brand we work with that has an international audience.
Pls no overpromise underdeliver type, strict focus on RESULTS
The best brands start BFCM prep early, e.g. August
Most people wait till October. Some even wait till November.
And then they’re completely scrambling to come up with last min offers
BFCM is the one time of year where some brands make more money in one week than they do all year.
So if you’re not planning your:
- Offer
- Email + SMS gameplan
- Ads
- Back-up plans
…in advance, good luck

If you're applying for a job at one of my companies and you have your consulting/freelance business listed as "present" on your LinkedIn, you are automatically rejected.
Who wants to wants to hire someone who is openly showing that they're going to prioritize their own business over yours.
If you're applying for jobs at a smaller company (sub 50 employees)...I highly suggest you remove that from your profile, as it's likely hindering your job search.
And no it doesn't show "ambition" it shows "distraction" to future employers.
If your eCommerce brand isn’t making 30%+ of revenue from email, you’re leaving serious money on the table. I’ve helped 7-figure brands add millions via email—without extra ad spend.
Here are the 5 email flows you NEED to scale in 2025. 🧵👇
1️⃣ Welcome Flow
A customer just signed up for your email list, now what? Most brands send a generic 10% off email and hope for the best. Instead,
1. Share your brand story.
2. Offer a small incentive (10% off, free shipping).
For example, one of our clients, a sustainable fashion brand, shared their founder’s journey from fast fashion burnout to eco-friendly designs. It resonated, and their open rates hit 60%. Timing is key: send the first email within an hour of signup to catch them while they’re excited. Follow up with 2-3 emails over a week, building trust and familiarity.
2️⃣ Abandoned Cart Flow
50% of shoppers abandon carts. These emails recover billions yearly ($3.45 per recipient, per Klaviyo). Here’s how to do that:
1. Add urgency (“Only 2 left!”).
2. Use social proof (reviews, testimonials).
3. Send 3 emails over 48 hours.
I worked with a skincare brand struggling with abandoned carts; we restructured their flow to include dynamic product images and urgency triggers, and it started recovering $50K+ in lost revenue every month. Small tweaks like these can have a massive impact.
3️⃣ Post-Purchase Flow
Most brands make one fatal mistake after a customer buys: they stop emailing them. The easiest sale
you’ll ever make is from a repeat customer.
1. Suggest related products.
2. Ask for reviews.
3. Reinforce brand love.
For example, if they bought a coffee maker, recommend coffee beans or a frother. Timing matters—send these 3-5 days after delivery, when they’re still excited about their purchase. This flow isn’t about discounts—it’s about building a relationship that drives organic sales. Ignore it, and you’re missing out on free revenue.
4️⃣ Win-Back Flow
Re-engage inactive subscribers before they’re gone forever. Here’s what to focus on:
1. Offer a bold incentive (20% off).
2. Remind them why they loved you.
3. Use humor or emotion.
Send 2-3 emails over a week, and if they still don’t bite, consider removing them from your list to keep deliverability high.
5️⃣ Browse abandonment flow
A LOT of your customers will simply look at products and do nothing else - you need to have something sophisticated in place to make them convert.
1. Send them 'low stock' alerts.
2. Send product recommendations based on what they were browsing
For instance, if someone spent time on your sneaker collection, send an email highlighting those exact sneakers with a “Low stock alert!” to create urgency. You can also include product recommendations tailored to their browsing behavior—Klaviyo’s AI makes this a breeze by predicting what they’re likely to buy. Send the first email within 24 hours, followed by a second a few days later.

Few do it well.

6️⃣ Test Everything
A/B test to find winners. Those who test the most win. That’s the game. Test these:
- Subject lines.
- Send times.
- CTAs (“Shop Now” vs. “Grab It”).
We once tested CTAs for a client. “Shop Now” crushed “Learn More” by 30%. Data wins.
