Story wise- could still be Himawari if her role between the brothers continues to develop.
🚨 WHO HAS MORE POTENTIAL: SARADA OR HIMAWARI?
Both girls have shown that they’re capable of becoming serious powerhouses in Two Blue Vortex, but their abilities are developing in very different ways.
Sarada has the Sharingan, Chidori and now her Mangekyō Sharingan. She’s also carrying the Uchiha legacy and has her sights set on becoming Hokage.
Himawari, on the other hand, has an incredible connection with Kurama and a natural affinity for his chakra that even surprised him.
Both have a lot of room to grow, but I’m curious to see how far the writers will take them.
Who do you think has the greater potential: Sarada or Himawari?

Who has greater potential between the 2 is very hard with these 2 in particular.
Sarada unlocking new abilities that we have never seen that's capable of one shotting almost anyone. That's with only one eye, and the other I'm not quite sure what it does. So he potential is insane, and this is the first time we seen a uchiha hybrid (if I'm not mistaken) so it can go anywhere.
Now himawari is someone completely insane. She is literally the nine tails, the actual nine tails, har chakra is greater than all other predecessor. The things she will be able to do will surpass even naruto.
I'd have to go with hima, having the Byakugan and an actual nine tails. A combo we never seen. I'm more on the line of hima
