Taki said peperoncino may look easy but he actually practiced a lot because getting for seasoning right and controlling the heat and especially emulsifying the olive oil with the pasta water are harder than they look. And K tried all the peperoncino he made after every practice and told him it was delicious and that he can be confident in himself.... So Taki says he's finally confident when it comes to making peperoncino 😭🤍
