People of Florida. Y’all better hold your damn head high. We broke state legislature super majorities because we drove turnout while everyone wrote us off.
We have work to do sure, but let’s celebrate the fact we won 17 seats down ballot.
I’m an organizer. And I look forward to getting back to what I love and know best. Organizing THE HELL out of my state.

Florida. We have work to do. Our local governments are about to be gutted. Mutual aid will be resistance in this moment.
After school & summer camp programs, roads, water management, public safety, senior centers, public transportation…we are in for a massive hit.
This is when we lean into community. Florida will always be worth fighting for.

We didn’t get the result we fought for tonight. I’m not going to pretend that it doesn’t hurt.
But I want y’all to hear me. What we built together is REAL. Every door you knocked, every call you made, every dollar you gave and every friend you brought to the polls proved that working people in this state are ready for something better.
That movement isn’t going anywhere, and neither am I.
The fight continues.

as a floridian, i am gutted. i didn’t let myself have much hope this time around knowing how we have been polluted by the maga cult and transplants, but knowing how close the race was hurts more somehow.
everyone, know that a lot of us tried SO hard to flip florida blue. we just don’t outnumber the racist grandparents and self-hating hispanics anymore.
