I think the thing we are all lacking right now is empathy. People who make different decisions than we might should be a focus of our curiosity, not our hatred.

We relegate hate speech to the far, dark corners of the web, where decent people don’t have to look at all that unpleasantness. And then, like a cancer unchecked, it grows and festers.

we allow our politicians to be purchased by big biz. Then we eliminate net neutrality. We watch MSM which has devolved into a series of opinion pieces, sponsored by Corps. We use social media to communicate, nearly exclusive of other means. We have sold our right to free speech.

Been so long since I have actually gotten properly dressed that I noticed halfway thru my weekly grocery run that I was still wearing my fuzzy slippers😂. I had a flash of panic while double-checking that my other attire was actually appropriate for being in public😳.

“Socially Distant” is such a bullshit phrase. We are supposed to stay physically apart but still maintain social interaction.

Kids have been grown and mostly gone for years, but today was the first time I’ve cut my bread batch recipe in half and it’s making me feel sad 😟

I’d just like to be able to reasonably afford said cocktail.

Quarantine day 23: I hate everyone in this house. I regret feeding them. I am sorry I ever had sex in my life. Screaming hasn’t let enough steam off. Jim assures me we have bail money which means even getting arrested will provide no escape.
