Sorry but once you start purchasing quality clothes, it’s very hard to go back to shopping fast fashion. The difference in texture on your skin feels completely different!
I can’t believe that I’m about to have a one year old tomorrow — at this exact moment them contractions were coming every 19-20 minutes. I am not ok y’all. I have a TODDLER. 🥹
Happy Birthday to my husband/baby daddy. May this year be full of opportunities + Jesus’ love. I love immensely — 🤍 @villaard
I was sharing with a friend my testimony from this year & how God turned it all around in 4 months — all we both could do is look at each other in pure shock.
God truly get all the glory from 2023 one day my husband & I will share it in its totality. 🥹

Transitions aren’t always easy. Endings can be hard, even if you’re moving on to something greater.
Show yourself grace as you grieve what once was and what you hoped it would one day be.
I am SO happy to have a Holy Spirit filled therapist who has walked with me hand & hand in this season of transition. She has helped me to see things from a spiritual sense + a clinical sense. She’s called me on my bluff — yet stood by me when I was right.
I hope she’s prepared b/c she’s getting an earful tomorrow 12pm sharp!
something I’ve come to learn is you’ll be made out to be the villain in a story that you know you were a victim in.

Hey sis, it can be hard to say no if you're a people pleaser. Here’s a gentle reminder, maintaining your boundaries is how you protect your mental health.

don’t entertain negative energy, some situations will test your patience & try to make you overreact, overthink & respond to things that don’t deserve your life force. your attention is your power, don’t feed what doesn’t add value to your life, conserve your energy

lately i've been realizing that loving yourself goes beyond just solo dates. it's waking up early to have time to yourself in the mornings. it's meditation. it's movement. it's spending time in nature. it's eating more green and colorful. it's having a night-time routine. it's doing things you never thought you could do. it's making space to learn new things. it's rediscovering your child-like joy.
