THIS is what real journalism looks like. You may not recognize it if you’ve watched mainstream news for most of your life so prepare to be shocked. Luke is an absolute treasure to journalism. 👏👏👏
Ram Chhetri came to the US as a refugee, but this might be worst day of his life: It's the moment he realizes the $80k-$160k/year salary he's bilked from Medicaid for no-show work is coming to an end because @realdailywire caught the truth on camera.
We conducted months of surveillance that shows why "home care aide" is now the *most common job* in states like NY, CA, MN, and PA: Because a large part of those jobs are unambiguous Medicaid fraud.
Thanks to home care, Bhutanese refugees now make more money than actual PA families. The state doesn't just look the other way, but helps them get away with it. Converting federal health dollars into a universal basic income for certain communities relieves the financial burden they place on the state.
The scammers easily deceive the feds' woefully broken monitoring system. You'll see Ram pull into a driveway for 2 minutes in the morning, then 2 minutes in the evening. He clocks in and out of his shift from the right place, and the GPS system doesn't notice that he goes home in between.
$20 an hour doesn't sound like much, but at 77 hours a week, it's $80k–and it's easy to bill huge hours when you don't actually have to work them. And that's just for the low-level guys in this scheme.

Daily Wire surveillance in PA shows that scammers know how to bypass the fraud prevention system of Medicaid "home care" & doing so has become so common that people aren't even trying to hide it. Refugees are billing $80k+ without lifting a finger. READ:

The owner of Gaunley told me he'd have his staff investigate what was going on at this second house where Chhetri appeared to have a no-show home care job. Don't hold your breath: Guess who's the Gaunley employee in charge of verifying that home aides are where they're supposed to be: Dilu Monger, the very woman whose aunt was also apparently receiving no-show home care.

But the program is more corrupt than just that. The woman obviously knows her aide wasn't showing up, but she never told anyone. She convinced the government that she was so sick that she couldn't survive without a taxpayer-funded aide–but that can't be true, because she was doing exactly that.
The record has a phone number the government can use to contact the patient to make sure everything is as expected. But the second patient's phone number isn't really hers. It belongs to this man with a felony conviction for welfare fraud, who nonetheless works in "refugee resettlement" and home care, and is tied to a top Gaunley official.

She and her husband make money off these companies. And even though they're rich, they won't take care of their own aging relative who lives with them. They leave her on Medicaid, and make the government pay someone to watch her for 11 hours a day because she has diabetes. That seems greedy enough. But it's worse. The money goes to their friend who doesn't actually even do the work.
Chhetri resigned from his job after I showed him my video of his pit-stops in Dilu's driveway. He said he was paid to take care of Dilu's aunt and worked for Gaunley Home Care. The company is owned by fellow Bhutanese Biras Adhikari, and is paid $150k a month for 26 clients.
Congress required states to implement Electronic Visit Verification (rudimentary GPS) to stop fraud in the multi-billion dollar program. I obtained Chhetri's EVV records from Gaunley, and they showed how utterly out of control the program is.
The records showed that Chhetri was clocking into a second client's house–seemingly billing for two 77-hour-a-week jobs ($160k), while actually doing neither. The second client is a 45-year old Bhutanese woman who lived across town. And the GPS records, the government's only tool to spot fraud, said he was clocking in from her house–even though I know for a fact that he was nowhere near it, because I had eyes on him at that very moment. Obviously, these reports mean nothing.
The owner of Gauley told me Congress should ban Medicaid patients from using family members and friends as aides, because it's too easy for them to collude to hide no-show jobs.

Dilu Monger lives in an expensive house with a Range Rover and custom Cybertruck. She spends her time traveling the world on luxury vacations. What's her secret? Strip-mining PA for anyone over the age of 60 who's on Medicaid, the health program for the poor. Gov. Josh Shapiro's policies allow them to be farmed for pure gold: up to 24 hours a day of home care, in the form of a $175k check to the relative, friend or company of their choosing.

In 2018, Elon Musk tweeted that he would fund the replacement of lead contaminated water pipes in Flint, Michigan for any home that still had unsafe water. He said to just tell him which houses needed help and he would fix them. The response from Flint's officials was near silence.
The offer was genuine. Elon followed up. He donated $480,000 to install UV filtration systems in Flint schools. He offered to continue funding until every household had clean water. Local officials thanked him publicly and then largely stopped responding. The project stalled not because of money but because of bureaucracy, local politics, and the same institutional inertia that had allowed the crisis to happen in the first place.
The detail that makes this story devastating is not the donation. It is the disconnect between the speed at which Elon operates and the speed at which a municipal government can accept help. He offered. He funded. He followed up. The system he was trying to help could not process the help at the speed it was offered. The man who can build a factory in 6 months could not get a city to accept pipe replacements because the approval process, the contractor bids, the environmental reviews, and the political negotiations moved at a pace that made SpaceX look like light speed by comparison.
He has described the Flint experience as one of the most frustrating of his career. Not because the problem was hard. Because the problem was easy and the system designed to solve easy problems was broken. The water needed clean pipes. The pipes needed money. The money was offered. And the space between offered and installed was filled with a bureaucracy that moved at the speed of government while children drank contaminated water.
The man who solves engineering problems for a living encountered a problem that was not engineering. It was institutional. The pipes were simple. The politics were not. The money was present. The will was present. The system that was supposed to connect money and will to pipes could not function at the speed the crisis demanded.
He fixed the schools. The broader offer faded. The city eventually replaced most of its pipes through federal and state funding years later. The man who offered to fix it in months watched it take years. The frustration of the man who moves fast encountering a world that doesn't is the frustration that defines his relationship with every institution he touches. The rockets are faster because they don't require a city council vote.

This skank @SenatorSlotkin told the military to refuse President Trump's orders and now she wants to prosecute him?
Honestly, she's the one who belongs in front of a committee.
After what @DataRepublican dug up, I want a real investigation into her ties with the color revolution being planned.
She belongs in fucking prison.
🚨 WOW! Traitor Elissa Slotkin just got caught on undercover video admitting they’re going after Trump and his cabinet.
She said Democrats already have “signature cases” lined up for EVERY committee to prosecute the most “egregious” ones the moment they take the majority.
She even went to Hungary to study how they cleaned up after removing their “authoritarian leader.” Then she named the White House ballroom, the reflecting pool, and $200 million from Defense.
“That’s what you’ll see basically in January.”
These people are absolutely sick. They are everything they claim Trump is. 👇

I’m calling on all American journalists to take a stance against my prosecution for asking questions and exposing the vouching system.
Everything, including your own 1st amendment rights, is on the line now.
CAUGHT INSIDE MINNEAPOLIS POLLING BOOTHS: Minnesota Poll Workers Tell O’Keefe, Dressed in Muslim Garb, & @camhigby, in a Burka, That They Can Vouch for Eight Unregistered Voters Without ID, Allowing Them to Vote in Minnesota Primary Election
Election worker says, “You’re the ID,” referring to the registered voter serving as identification for the people they are vouching for.
Election worker confirms O’Keefe’s question about unregistered voters being vouched for: “I can vouch for them. They are not registered… That’s okay. That’s fine. Yeah!”
Election worker explains that a registered voter in the same precinct can vouch for up to eight people: “If you’re all in the same precinct and you are already registered, you can vouch for them as ID. Eight people.”
More reports coming soon from the Justice League. @realmuckraker @anthonyjrubin @camhigby @ctznjusticelg

.@JamesOKeefeIII and @camhigby didn't cast a ballot. They didn't sign the voter oath under penalty of perjury, and they didn't vote. They walked into a polling place, proved to the entire country how ridiculously easy it is to exploit Minnesota's "vouching" system, and walked right back out.
And what is Minnesota's response? Did they thank these men for pointing out their vouching system was broken?
NOPE. County Attorney Mary Moriarty hit them with felony charges.
They are prosecuting the flashlight for pointing at the dark corner. Because admitting the vulnerability means taking accountability, and they’d rather put investigative journalists behind bars than fix what's broken.

Kara Swisher adds DOGE's "Big Balls" to the Democrat target list.
"They could just pick a few people. To me, that's the way you go. You pick like a Hegseth, a Musk, and I don't know, Big Balls."
"Rather than go for Trump, go for everybody."
"Make it so broad that exhausts people who just do want to move on."
They're now just casually naming random people that did things they didn't like.
The ever-growing investigation wishlist now includes Trump family, donors, friends, supporters, allies and DOGE employees.
And it won't stop there.
My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

🚨 HOLY CRAP! The Pentagon's Lt. Gen. Brett Sylvia — who was just fired by SecWar Pete Hegseth — has ADMITTED to leaking classified Iran and Ukraine intelligence to *two reporters* at two different outlets, according to an internal investigation report obtained by Axios
AND SO THERE IT IS.
Hegseth and Trump are PURGING the leakers! Now, PROSECUTE.
He allegedly met one reporter at a Silver Diner in Arlington and read off notes from a classified report on U.S. aid to Ukraine ‼️
Officials also suspect he deliberately wiped a Signal thread with another reporter about Iran.
Sylvia, the Joint Staff's top military planner, reportedly confessed on video after FAILING four polygraph tests
The Pentagon has referred the case to the DOJ for possible prosecution.
The media fearmongered when Hegseth started cleaning house, and now we know why he did it!
@PeteHegseth did the right thing here. We don't want these people near our national security.

HISTORY LESSON ON YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD:
Just in case some of you young whippersnappers (& some older ones) didn’t know this. It’s easy to check out, if you don’t believe it. Be sure and show it to your family and friends. They need a little history lesson on what’s what and it doesn’t matter whether you are Democrat or Republican. Facts are FACTS.
Up until the 1980's, Social Security cards expressly stated the number and card were not to be used for identification purposes.
Since nearly everyone in the United States now has a number, it became convenient to use it anyway and the "NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION" message was removed.
Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social Security (FICA) Program. His promises are in black, with updates in brackets.
1.) That participation in the Program would be completely voluntary [No longer voluntary],
2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual Incomes into the Program [Now 7.65% on the first $90,000, and 15% on the first $90,000 if you’re self-employed],
3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year [No longer tax deductible],
4.) That the money the participants put into the independent ‘Trust Fund’ rather than into the general operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program [Under Johnson the money was moved to the General Fund and spent], and
5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income [Under Clinton & Gore up to 85% of your Social Security can be taxed].
Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are now receiving a Social Security check every month — and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of the money we paid to the Federal government to ‘put away’ — you may be interested in the following:
Q: Which Political Party took Social Security from the independent ‘Trust Fund’ and put it into the general fund so that Congress could spend it?
A: It was Lyndon Johnson and the democratically controlled House and Senate.
Q: Which Political Party eliminated the income tax deduction for Social Security (FICA) withholding?
A: The Democratic Party.
Q: Which Political Party started taxing Social Security annuities?
A: The Democratic Party, with Al Gore casting the ‘tie-breaking’ deciding vote as President of the Senate, while he was Vice President of the US
AND MY FAVORITE:
Q: Which Political Party decided to start giving annuity payments to immigrants?
A: That’s right! Jimmy Carter and the Democratic Party. Immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65, began to receive Social Security payments! The Democratic Party gave these payments to them, even though they never paid a dime into it!
Now, after violating the original contract (FICA), the Democrats turn around and tell you that the Republicans want to take your Social Security away!
And the worst part about it is uninformed citizens believe it! If enough people receive this, maybe a seed of awareness will be planted and maybe changes will evolve. Maybe not, though. Some Democrats are awfully sure of what isn’t so.

The Republicans moved heaven and earth in record time to expel and remove fellow Republican George Santos from the House before he was even found guilty of crimes!
Now they won't do jack shit to remove and expel Ilhan "Omar", ie, Ilhan Nur Said Elmi!
Why the hell not?
