We’re building the payment interoperability network for stablecoins.
Starting with NFC tap-to-pay, connecting wallets to the physical world & point-of-sale.
The network starts here.
Today, I'm glad to introduce @taprails
Stablecoins have made moving money globally much easier.
But spending stablecoins at the point of sale is still fragmented.
Different wallets. Different payment systems. No common layer connecting them.
That’s the problem we’re solving.
Replying to @0xPolygon
@0xPolygon is an important part of where we're taking TapRails.
We're building infrastructure that lets people pay with stablecoins at physical stores by tapping their phones, and supporting more chains means more options for wallets building real-world payment experiences.
TapRails now supports @0xPolygon
The goal is to make stablecoins easier to use beyond sending money between wallets, and bring them into everyday, in-person and physical payments.
We're just getting started. 🟣
TapRails now supports @0xPolygon and @zama.
We're expanding the infrastructure behind stablecoin tap-to-pay, making it possible for wallets to connect with physical merchants and enable real-world payments.
More possibilities for stablecoin payments in the real world.
Privacy will be important as stablecoins become part of everyday payments.
Public blockchains make transactions transparent, but people and businesses may not want every payment and balance publicly traceable.
That's why I'm interested in what @zama is building around confidential smart contracts.
At @taprails, we're exploring what privacy could mean for real-world stablecoin payments.
We now support @base, @0xPolygon, and @zama as we build infrastructure for physical, in-person stablecoin payments.

Samsung bringing USDC to 82M Galaxy devices is interesting.
Now imagine being able to tap your Samsung phone to pay with USDC at a merchant in a physical store.
But if it only works within Samsung's ecosystem, we're just building another closed loop.
This is where @taprails comes in. We’re building the infrastructure that lets wallets connect, so Samsung Wallet users could tap to pay at merchants in other ecosystems too.
The goal is simple: you shouldn't be limited to where you can pay just because of the wallet you use.

NOOOOO
Anyways we @taprails saw the future before anyone else.
Stablecoins but for tap-to-pay payments.
🚨JUST IN: Apple hints at adding stablecoin support, potentially allowing CRYPTO payments via Apple Pay.
Apple posted a job listing requiring stablecoin expertise for payment roles, offering up to $280,000.
This follows Samsung’s plans to introduce the same feature to Samsung Wallet.
Together, Apple and Samsung have more than 3.5 BILLION active devices worldwide.

We are building the infrastructure layer that enables Stablecoin holders to pay with their Stablecoins from any wallet physically and in-store.
This is what we’re building at TapRails.
Stablecoins shouldn’t just be easy to move. You should be able to use them in the real world.
Tap your phone. Pay at a physical merchant.
The tap is just the beginning. The network is the real play.
Apple Pay for stablecoins.
POV: You just paid for something with USDC physically
No card.
No QR.
No awkward wallet gymnastics.
Just tap, pay and go.
