در یکی از قلل سرمایه‌داری جهان یعنی آلمان فدرال دولت در پی قفل کردن اجاره خانه در قیمت‌های فعلی برای ۳ سال است! تورم حقیقی در اروپا حدود ۱۰٪ است و اصلن کم نیست، ادامه‌دار هم خواهد بود.
کماکان حکومت مستضعفان در ایران از عدم افزایش اجاره بیش از ۳۰٪ در سال هم کاملن ناتوان است. هه.
