Imagine: the federal government accuses award-winning journalists of "doxxing" an officer (which is a crime) simply because they published the name of that officer (because he murdered someone).
An unnamed spokesperson for @DHSgov accused us of doxing a federal agent and said that assaults against them have risen as their fatalities on the job have spiked. Experts say they are increasingly acting more like local cops than immigration officers.

We stated "Like the DSA as a whole, he is determined above all to maintain the role of the Democratic Party as a political instrument of the plutocratic ruling class.

This is the exact opposite of what Mamdani ran on.
He promised to arrest Netanyahu. Now Netanyahu is escorted to the UN by his NYPD while that same NYPD arrests people protesting him, including politicians endorsed by Mamdani.
And we’re supposed to treat their arrests as resistance without asking the obvious question: why is Mamdani’s NYPD arresting them in the first place? What are they doing to hold him accountable for that publicly?
Mamdani chose to keep Jessica Tisch. If his administration opposes these arrests, he has power over NYPD policy and leadership. Demand that he use it.
Instead, people keep peddling this fiction that Mamdani is powerless and his hands are tied. If his own supporters preemptively excuse him from using the powers he does have, what incentive is there to fight to fulfill the promise they elected him on?
Meanwhile the pro-Israel establishment will continue demanding concession after concession.
Why would any elected official take protest movements or their demands seriously if even when their preferred candidate takes power, they refuse to pressure him to use it?
We went from “arrest Netanyahu” to arresting the people protesting Netanyahu.

We are watching an attempted murder in real time.
Wilber remains gravely ill, with the bullet still lodged in his body, and he remains in ICE detention.
According to the detainee who spoke with his wife, Wilber appeared discolored, extremely swollen, and in significant pain.
Our immediate demands are clear: restore Wilber’s communication privileges and take him back to the hospital. He needs access to appropriate medical care.

Since AI reduces the labor time needed for production, we the workers should absorb that benefit, as shorter work week with no loss in pay. But the UAW bureaucrats aren't going to fight for this. We need to build rank-and-file committees linking up blue and white-collar workers.

If we're going to change things on the shop floor, it needs to be done FROM the shop floor. Workers need control over how the plants are run, which means building a network of rank-and-file committees at every plant. That's what my campaign is doing.

UAW election deadlines: Sep 23 = last day to request a replacement ballot at uawvote dotcom. Sep 30 = last day you can be behind on dues & still have your vote counted. Oct 5 = day your ballot has to be received. If you miss any of those deadlines they will not count your vote!

Bogdan has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for six articles.
What was the subversive content? According to the court, the articles contained “non-recognition of Ukraine’s legitimately elected political leadership and democratic processes,” “comparisons with fascists and Nazis,” “negative assessments of Ukraine’s Armed Forces” and “reinterpretation of national heroes and historical figures.”
As for the “national heroes” whom Bogdan is accused of “reinterpreting,” they are Stepan Bandera and the leaders of the OUN (Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists) and the Waffen-SS Galicia Division—Nazi collaborators who supported Hitler’s invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941 and were implicated in the mass murder of Jews and Poles. The court’s complaint about “comparisons with fascists and Nazis” refers to Bogdan’s exposure of the official rehabilitation and celebration of these forces.
