Made a connection with a realtor who of course tried to get me to buy a home. There’s so much that goes into the upkeep of a house like besides paying a mortgage. It’s insurance, taxes, and maintenances. For me @ 28 right now, I’m not making a major purchases until 35.

Best financial advice I got was “put a year worth of bills aside. Once you get there, dont spend more than 50% of your monthly income, be it bills or life style.” Ask anyone I know, I’ve been pushing 3 jobs to get there quicker. All for the family success. Never broke again.
