Lately, many of you have asked me for details of the CRM system I use. This it... I highly recommend it. @Bigin is really excellent. It integrates seamlessly with Gmail, customising fields and pipeline data is easy and can be done on the fly, and it offers excellent value.

Conclusion, we've come a long way BUT tech is changing quickly & skills need to keep up. Tech Talent is hard to come by & outsourcing can be average. Skills continue to be in demand, we need to take action. #geelong may not have a ticking time bomb but we do have challenges
